I previously ordered some stadium cups online. It was very easy to design and order. I paid for rush shipping (the rush shipping wasn't outrageously priced) and received the cups within a few days. They were just as expected. I just called back to reorder the same thing and spoke with Neal. He was very easy to work with, and my cups were reordered within minutes. I will definitely continue to do business with this company!

1. Shipped my lanyards and plastic sleeves in a bag, with no packing materials. This resulted in a gaping hole in the bag when I received it. Missing a couple of lanyards and some of the plastic sleeves were bent. 2. The plastic sleeves are really pliable and the plastic sticks to each other, not stiff. 3. When the option for "bagging" is there, it only shows the lanyard being bagged. What showed up was the plastic sleeve AND lanyard bagged together. A little misleading, as that is not what I wanted. 4. A couple of the lanyards had pulls in the material and a couple did not include the clasp, I paid for unusable product.

I placed an order without realizing that I requested it be produced in China, and that was going to cause me not to meet my deadline on a project that I was working on. I called the first time and the rep that I spoke to was not very helpful, he only answered my questions, when I got frustrated, he even snapped back saying "there's nothing we can do". I call back to ask if there was an option to have it shipped for the next day and I got Murphy.

Murphy was great and gave me the option to pay an additional fee in order to get my product. Today, I come home from the office and what do I have? My package with all 50 bracelets. If it wasn't for Murphy, this review would've been a 0 if it was an option.

Thank you Murphy, this would've disappointed an entire team, had they not arrived on time. You saved the day for this company and he should be leading the customer service experience, instead of the first rep that I spoke to.

Freaking Out
December 21, 2017

I needed 200 wristbands for a church event. It was Monday and i needed them on Saturday morning. I was behind when ordering and thus freaking out when I was looking to order the bands. The layout was simple and easy and the quick delivery time in options eased my mind. The Wristbands were delivered on Friday afternoon and were a hit at the event! Thank you 24HourWristbands!

Saved the order

Richard saved my order and fixed the shipping so I would receive it in time. I ordered koozies for my daughter's wedding on a Saturday and requested 2 day shipping because we are heading out of town the following Thursday for the wedding. I expected the shipment on Wednesday but when I received the shipping notification, the delivery date was Thursday by 8 pm. When I called customer service, Richard said he would see what he could do and get back with me within 2 hours. He was true to his word and was able to change the shipping for me to receive on Wednesday. Thank you Richard!

Don't Use Them!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst company ever. I paid extra to have them delivered by a certain date. They arrived 2 weeks afterwards, well after our event. They claimed that they don't guarantee delivery dates, even if you pay extra for them. What a rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

Tracking Information

Murphy was very helpful in getting me the information I needed.
It would be very helpful if the website showed or sent tracking information to the customer who is waiting for an order.
I was starting to panic, because I ordered my wristbands so I could get them before an event and hadn't received them yet. Murphy helped relieve my panic by giving me the tracking number and the company that was delivering it. Thank you.

I recently bought 520 koozies that were the wrong color. I contacted customer service and requested to ship the royal blue koozies back to get navy blue instead. I was told there would be a $28 restocking fee. I agreed to it and told them to charge the same card as I purchased them in the first place. I shipped the koozies back to them for $45 and was waiting on the navy blue koozies to come. Instead of them charging me and sending them out right away they were trying to get me to refund and reorder while still taking out the $28 restocking fee. I insisted to just send me the koozies. After a week of back and forth they finally charged me the restocking fee and have shipped them out. I am still waiting on the koozies and my customer the koozies are for is very displeased. Horrible customer service!

I ordered koozies for my husband's surprise 40th birthday party and I ordered them about 2 weeks in advance. Had I done it sooner, I would have avoided the rush shipping fee, but that was on me for not ordering earlier. The koozies arrived 2 days before their originally scheduled date and look great! Very happy with this process and the product!

Horrible Company

Do not order from this company. I order 15 customized masks for Covid. I was told that it would take 5 days for production and 7 days for shipping. After two weeks in production, I was told that I could pay an extra fee and they could expedite my order. This was not what was originally stated. Once I finally received my order, 5 of the 15 masks were improperly sewn together. Now, I am in a battle with them trying to get them to fix the problem. This company is a scam. They will not allow you to talk to upper management. We will see what they do to rectify the issue. I will not be a repeat customer!

I ordered my bands and paid extra for 2 day shipping. When I called to check on my order it still hadnt shipped on the day there were supposed to arrive. I called multiple times and complained. They made it right by over night shipping over the Thanksgiving holiday. Easy to use website, and good product, just stay on top of them about your order.
