Ordered bracelets for a fundraiser. Ordering was fast and easy, the bracelets look great. It took less than a week to receive them. I was expecting it to take much longer. I am very pleased with the product and the shipping time.

The lanyards were reasonably priced and the company name/logo came out crystal clear on the lanyards. I would have given this review 5 stars but about 5 lanyards were sticky to the touch from the ink on the lanyard. Other than that, good product.

Lied about USA Production
September 22, 2022

Paid extra for USA production & rush delivery. Had time to correct this when found it was in China and could have made in USA and still had it in time for event and did not. Now to try and get my money back. Horrible. Very sad when it was for a Charity event.

Hello Jen, We regret to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations. Note that your order was indeed made in the USA. Unfortunately, for the the ink injected wristbands have more complicated production phases, so informed you that we will not be able to meet the initial deadline of 09/23. Nonetheless, we offered you a free remake of the Printed Wristbands with the same design that we can deliver by 09/23/22 while you wait for the Ink Injected Bands. We did this out of goodwill because we could not comply with our previous promise to deliver the original order by 09/23/22. We hope we were able to clarify. Thank you.

I was ready place a fairly big order but had a handful of questions i needed answered first. I tried their chat messenger, i only got a hello from someone named Jeralen. I asked my questions, but nothing. No matter what said thereafter - nothing. I told them i was going to leave a bad review if they did not help me - still nothing.
Also of note, i was considering buying one of the custom printed facemasks for our business, but to buy one (just to see how it fit) was $10, but to ship it was $16. Would have $26 just to see if this mask fit properly.
Needless to say, i left the site and never placed my order. They lost out on a few hundred dollars from me just now.

Website advertises face masks in stock with 5 day production time. Order did not move to production for 3 weeks where it sat "in production" for over 5 days. I called customer service to inform them that I needed the masks specifically for an event being held in 8 days and need the masks to ship ASAP. After speaking to one rep that tried to charge me an extra $263 to expedite then another who tried to charge $365 I asked to speak to a manager where a production manager assured me that the masks would be delivered within 7 days to meet my deadline at no extra cost. The masks still have not shipped and today I received a call asking if I want to expedite the order to arrive in 3 more days for an extra $100. The masks are now useless to me and I am assured that it is impossible to cancel my order.

This company uses Covid as an excuse to delay production and charge extra for "expediting"

After placing an order then reading reviews, I was skeptical and almost canceled my order. However, my koozies that were custom created arrived two days before the estimated date and looked exactly like the design. I would recommend this company if you're looking for koozies.

There was an issue online when I tried to place my order and Walter was extremely helpful and I was able to place my order and should be receiving my order in a very timely manner for my event. The students will be so excited. My husband orders from your site often, but now I will use it for the school PTA as well. Great job!

Placed order on 9/4, needed items for 9/13 was told Inwouldnt receive items in time despite the estimated shipping time selected during ordering. Was told my new timeline was 9/20. Asked to speaker to a supervisor was told there wasnt one. Then received a phone call from someone in the "production room" starting I needed to pay more $$ for a rush order. When I balked at that and asked further questions, I was interrupted multiple times. I will never use this company again.

AVOID!

Extremely poor performance. Terrible customer service (Randal, Adrian, etc.). We ordered face masks with expedited shipping for upcoming wedding safety precautions. Day of expected delivery, no one on their team appeared to have any idea where our physical order was regarding production. Refused to refund. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I tried speaking to Customer service over the phone for days and they were no help and very rude. I got on the website and connected with their online customer service and Nate was so helpful and got everything handled! He was definitely a 5/5 compared to the 1/5 service over the phone

Do not trust...

This business took my money assured me they would meet the deadline and then called saying they could not meet the deadline. Ordered on a Monday -they called me on a Wed saying they could not meet deadline and I was supposed to receive order on Friday. Great, they assured me the deadline would be met and then called too late for me to order from another company... Unprofessional -Stay away.

While their website is very easy to order from, don't believe their production times at all. You must pay for expedited shipping to get their "free rush production" time or they don't even put it into production.

I ordered a set of napkins 19 days before an event and asked for 2-day rush production and when I called for an update 15 days later, they hadn't even started it and then used that to get a "fast" shipping fee of an extra $20. And the other order I had placed with them wasn't shipped to address I provided and they offered no help. Still don't have either order and their customer service is an absolute, rude, joke.

Poor customer service
April 25, 2019

The company waited a week to call me and let me know that my items would not arrive by the date I needed them. When they called, they told me that the items hadn't even been sent to production yet and had just been sitting in a queue all week. They then charged me almost $200 extra to rush my order. Very disappointed with my experience.

I had forgot to put in my discount code when I checked out and knew that it was probably a long shot to be able to talk to someone and see if there was anyway I could use it still or if I could use it on my next order. I spoke to Adam and he was super nice and helpful! He went ahead and refunded me the discount, his customer service was on point! This is what happened to me...
So this is the situation that occurred tonight from 5pm-8:30pm. I spoke to several people. Ending with Scott. No resolution was achieved and I'm very dissatisfied & disappointed with the way I was treated. My business will go to another company in the future. Delays in production and rep made mistake and company won't correct it. Overalls terrible service and product will be useless since I'm receiving it after the event I needed it for.
