21 Threads is probably the best online retailer I have ever dealt with.

I had ordered several Christmas themed raglans for gifts last year. Unfortunately after I had placed my order, Canada Post started a rolling strike and there were significant delays in delivery.

I was starting to get concerned about the delivery of the items in time for Christmas, I had reached out to 21 Threads expressing my concerns and their customer service team got right on working on possible solutions. Thankfully the items arrived shortly after I reached out to customer service and didn't need to pursue any other options, but it was wonderful to know that they truly care about their customers.

Ordered some shirts for my girlfriends and I for our holiday parties and they were a total hit! Super comfy and a great fit and they shipped out so quick! I will definitely be ordering from 21Threads again!

I placed an order and I never received any notifications that it never shipped or that it was delayed. I call because I paid extra for next day shipping to be told that it had never left the warehouse. This happened to me multiple times. I would not buy from this site if you are expecting reliable delivery times.

These shirts were listed on Facebook. We loved them. The site was easy to use and we ordered. We immediately got a response from this company. The items we ordered were shipped immediately without any delays. This company sent continuous emails notifying me of the status of my order. The shirts arrived exactly when I was told to expect them. The shirts were great and exactly what the picture showed. Incredible experience and will do business again.

I bought it for the first time with a purchase, one hundred percent satisfied, excellent serivs and a new product. I made an order through the website, delivered quickly at the agreed time, everything was of high quality. Thanks!

The other day I received my order. I liked everything very much. I was just delighted. The clothes are of good quality, everything is very neatly packed, looks exactly like in the photo, it can only differ in shade. I really like that the assortment is large, in one place you can order everything you need.

I paid 20$ for expedited shipping to arrive withing a couple days. The shirts have not arrived and I intended on wearing them to a party. I fee that 21 threads should minimally have to refund the shipping costs for their error. If the shirts don't arrive in time, I wont even want them anymore. At this point in time, I would not recommend 21 Threads to anyone who wanted a quality experience.

Purchased a Raglan Tee in size Large. Been buying Large shirts for the last 20 years. Different brands have different sizing but this one fit like an xl-2xl. No exchanges so stuck with this garbage. If this were a true legit company it would stand behind its products and allow returns. Avoid this company at all costs.

"So thin (read "poor quality") the white areas appear gray. So poorly printed that the image is way off to the left-side (see pic). The XL's I bought for my buddies are massive (like TENTS!). The only positives are that the Medium is actually a Medium and the material is so thin that it's soft. So I guess there's that. Oh - and it took a full 15 days to arrive! Finally, they don't accept returns. Read their Terms of Service and you'll see that they choose to edit (negative) reviews. AVOID ordering from 21Threads if you care at all about quality, customer service, or supporting a stand-up company!"

As I look up reviews for this company... I realize their website and facebook reviews are completely made up... 5 stars reviews... 0 from me!

I would not buy from this brand if they were the last company selling shirts out there! Purchased Christmas shirts for my kids. Paid $71.72 for 3 shirts! What! That's plenty! Crazy weird cut shirts showed up. I contacted seller... said they don't do refunds but they'd get new ones out. A bad batch had been sent. They did end up refunding me $25, but I'm Still waiting for my shirts... have reached out multiple times and haven't heard back again. Won't refund my purchase fully... All of our holiday events we'd planned these shirts for are over... BOO. Shame on you 21threads. You're the Scrooge in our Christmas!

I waited over a month to receive my 3 shirts and a cup. The shirts were all huge... and I followed the sizing chart and ordered down a size. When looking at the shirts, I noticed one had a hole in the collar area (poor stitching) and the other had a defect in the ink not going all the way thru the print. No response from customer after FOUR emails sent and I also attempted to do the live chat on their website multiple times with no response! Never order from them again... cute prints but ZERO customer service!

Do NOT order from this company! It took 6 weeks for me to receive two shirts. I didn't get any tracking information until I filed a claim against them through PayPal. When the package finally arrived, they were not even the shirts I ordered. The quality is also horrible polyester. I spent $61, after six weeks got two shirts with the wrong design, and the company ignored two separate requests for a refund. They also blocked me from commenting on FB, and according to what I read about them on Instagram, they have done that to many other people. Please save your money and stay away from this fraudulent business.

I've purchased from this company a few times back in 2020. Was super happy with what I ordered and RECEIVED. I just placed a NINE shirt order, costing some decent money and the place is crickets! No one answers the phone, online chat, email…. Nothing! So bazaar and now I'm growing increasingly concerned I've been scammed out of $157!
