I tried calling customer service- and it goes straight to a FULL mailbox- I am wondering where my order is- I even paid for 2-3 day shipping

Yep online chat never available and you can't call either. You can try emailing but you won't get a response for weeks. If what you ordered doesn't fit your out of gas. No refund or exchange they try selling you another one for a few bucks less. Scam
