Just got off of chat with this company. Provided several companies that had the same item for less, and that fulfilled the requirements of the "best price guarantee." they counter offered with a price above the price match and said that their reviews were better. Really? And not to mention the customer service person was rude as hell about the whole thing and making up complete lies saying that everything that gets shipped by UPS and FEDEX gets destroyed. The scare tactics and BS by this company are incredible, and they won't even honor their written agreements and criteria. Then go to their BBB page and for some reason they have a rating of A but all there are on display are current and unresolved negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and pass on these bait and switchers, if they can't even honor their word they're not gonna honor the transaction between you and them.

Paid $1500 to have a bedroom set shipped to us from 1stopbedrooms.com and IT IS JUNK! Scratches and Digs throughout, defect in coloring (dark stain spots throughout), screws pulling out and all around BAD QUALITY.
We've BEGGED this company to take this back and refund the money. Emails go unanswered, phone calls get you put on hold for p to an hour, and still NOTHING. The last representative told us, "Dispute the charge and donate the furniture". Are you kidding me? I'm amazed by their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We have this entire set sitting in our house, and it is worthless. The company will not return any calls or emails. We paid $1552 for the set, and cannot use it, and cannot get our money back / return the product.
