I was sent the wrong harness for the Mirrors I purchased. They will work just fine after I modify that the harness that they sent me. Customer service has NO automotive experience at all and is of no help. Customers are not allowed to speak with technicians at all. I take them 1 to 3 days to discover if what you are telling them is true. Know ahead of time that you will need to modify anything that you purchase from them. I was finally told that their guarantees are not on all parts.

1A Auto attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Defective part

I bought a part and it was broken at the factory, I paid for the mechanic's service and then when the store sent me another replacement part, I had to pay for the replacement service again, this company made us spend unnecessary money.

Great quality

Their website is user friendly. I found the parts I needed after unsuccesscully searching other suppliers. The cost was reasonable. I didn't have to wait long to receive my order. The parts fit just right and looked great. The installation tutorial was accurate. What's not to like?

Good afternoon, many times I have been looking for parts and 1A has come through with flying colors. Excellent parts and quick shipping. The local parts store here in Hooterville takes longer to get parts. Maybe they should just order from 1A. I am a master mechanic for a few decades, and like going to 1A for parts that are sometimes hard to find. Thanks ANB

Defective Shock Absorber.
December 20, 2022

Ordered a set of shocks for my 2000 Frontier the front worked great, but 1 of the rear shocks was defective the rear spring was hitting the rubber bump stop when going over speed bumps. I called the most helpful customer service agent Shikitta? She sent me another set of shocks, but when I got the second set the same thing happened when going over speed bumps. 1A Auto refunded me 100% of my money and told me to keep the shocks. Wow 1A Auto is the best I buy parts from them and they have quality parts that are cheaper then places in Hawaii where I live and that includes shipping.

I ordered some parts and was told they would be here Fri. Thurs. Night I received a message that they were delayed until Mon. I HAD to have the parts by Fri and had even asked a representative there to confirm and was led to believe that as long as I ordered before 2pm I would get the 2 day shipping. When I did not, I cancelled my order because I had to purchase elsewhere. This company charged me for return shipping even though I never received my order. When I tried to contact customer service they argued with me and refused a free return label. This is why Amazon etc. is ruling the industry. Other companies don't compare when it comes to convenience, selection, price, and customer service. I will never use this company again.

Bad business

Ordered a start online for my 2008 Honda Odyssey and after placing my order I called to confirm that I was ordering the right part and they confirmed it was the right starter. Got the starter installed it and come to find out it was the wrong starter. Call back to tell them it was wrong and they pretty much said I have to eat it because I installed it. This company is a scam company. Buyer beware. Do not do business with them

Purchase of a Fuel Pump

I purchase a fuel pump for our Nissan Sentra, and I was so glad they had it, and at a great price. I love their how to videos, too. I love also how quickly they get things shipped, and the quality of the parts. I only wish they carried everything I need, but I still come here first to see if they stock it. Great company!

Very reputable company

While ordering parts for my vehicle, I inadvertently ordered the parts for a different model of my car. Apprehensively I contacted the help line expecting a nightmare of problems exchanging these parts. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I was treated kindly, helped to get the correct parts and expedited service, to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible.

Turn signal replacement

Brought the part for my Ford F-150 for $54. The ford dealership wanted $240 for the same part. Then I watched the 1A Auto video which was very detailed. Changed out the part myself in under 1 hour. Great price and great video. Highly recommend 1 A Auto

Front wheel bearing for 2010 dodge 1500

The part was half the price for the same part at my local parts house, autozone, advance auto, etc. it came with a lifetime warranty where my local parts houses only came with a 1 yr warranty. Shipping was fast. Will do business with again

Incomplete order
December 15, 2020

Ordered 1963 Chevy gas tank with lock ring and gasket. Received gas tank but no lock ring and gasket. Call and talk to sales clerk, they wanted to send me the whole order again and I send the other tank back, instead of sending the lock ring and gasket much smaller shipment. I new then I was not going to receive the rest of the order.

Good parts. Videos need updating

Parts arrived on time and in good condition. The only real problem I had was with the install video.it failed to mention tht there was a starter relay that needed to be removed to get the fan installed. I couldn't find an option on the web page to provide this feedback.

My review is they have very patient installers who take the time to educate people on how to or how sutoparts are uninstalled and installed with the knowledge and skills to perform automotive work, I adore Sue, she is a very detailed teacher that I endorse in the automotive field and technology. The videos are precise and concise which I concur. My part ordered actually arrived next day which I was thrilled.

Their selection is good; I needed a full front suspension kit for my 99 Honda and they had it. But, the prices are not the best. I found another place, Detroit Axle that sold the same things/brand parts for less. I asked whether they would price match anyone, and they refused, so I went and got my full suspension kit at Detroit Axle instead. I think that they'll be more competitive if they keep the prices more competitive. Talking about same kind of brand parts; Moog, etc., not an sort of knockoff no-name brand.
