Frank, as a general rule, people go to any review site to complain rather to commend exemplary service. Having said that, we only have 64 reviews on Sitejabber--lots of room for volatility if someone comes on and writes a 1-star review. Please check our review scores on Reseller Ratings and Google-My-Business, which are north of 750 reviews and 350 reviews respectively, and you will see what general trend by the public.
