I had missed my eye apt and was nervous about getting more contacts before I ran out. My prescription was still good luckily. Logged in, typed in the name on my contact box in the description search bar and it was done, that easy. They came almost immediately just like the shipping said, no delays. It seems expensive but in reality compared to any place without using insurance the prices are really good. Would def recommend, 5 out of 5!

I ordered my contacts with express 2 day shipping because I was going on vacation soon and needed them asap. They were supposed to come on Monday, but got sent to a different state and didn't get delivered until Wednesday hours before I had to leave.
There's a monopoly for companies selling gas permeable contact lenses in the USA. Therefore prices are no longer competitive. Add in shipping fees and leaves a lot left to be desired that I used to have only a few years ago when more companies offered these lenses.

A few days after I placed my order, Get lens emailed me and said my contacts would take longer than usual because out of 17 million prescriptions on file, mine was one of the few they didn't have. They had to order them from the supplier. They arrived two days ago and the contacts feel great, my vision is precise and I am really enjoying them. The most expensive processing ive ever experienced. I at least would have expected a free lens case for the large price i paid and the amount of wait time... i have had positive experiences with 1800 in the past but now i feel i should shop around for better prices and faster orders.

Ordered them and a week later they still didn't arrive when I looked it up my order was put on hold. So I had to call and sort it out. Then when they arrived the box was broke and mangled but contacts were okay.
Prices were good, but it took days for it to ship, and even though I paid $10 for shipping it's still was shipped the slowest cheapest way possible. I used this company by mistake, I was under the impression I was ordering from 1-800 contacts. That's my fault. But I won't make that mistake twice.
I'm so glad that they were able to work with me of what the correct contact lenses I should wear based on my optometrist's recommendation. The only issue I have is that it took a week to recieve them.
Pretty good, but I'm still waiting on my rebate. You have to mail in cut outs from the contact lens boxes. They should already have that information because they are the ones that sent you the boxes. There is no reason for the rebate process to take so much effort from the customer, it should be automatic once delivery is confirmed.
It took a month to get my contacts from the date I ordered them until I got them. I had to use some contacts from an old prescription that was two years old.
They said that the contacts would be shipped with in days. BUT oh no 3 weeks. The wait was unacceptable.
