Amazing service and Amazing prices!

My girlfriends contacts from her Dr's office were around 600 for 6 months. I told her I'd find the same ones that are better priced. That's when I found this place. It was 1/4 of the price for the same brand.

They offer you a reasonably decent low-price and they bill an exhorbitant price you never agreed to by adding over $100 is so-called (undisclosed) processing fees! Totally deceptive. Shop elsewhere! For me. Never ever again!

Complicated order process

Ordered them and a week later they still didn't arrive when I looked it up my order was put on hold. So I had to call and sort it out. Then when they arrived the box was broke and mangled but contacts were okay.

Good and bad

Prices were good, but it took days for it to ship, and even though I paid $10 for shipping it's still was shipped the slowest cheapest way possible. I used this company by mistake, I was under the impression I was ordering from 1-800 contacts. That's my fault. But I won't make that mistake twice.

Convenient

I'm so glad that they were able to work with me of what the correct contact lenses I should wear based on my optometrist's recommendation. The only issue I have is that it took a week to recieve them.

Pretty good, but I'm still waiting on my rebate. You have to mail in cut outs from the contact lens boxes. They should already have that information because they are the ones that sent you the boxes. There is no reason for the rebate process to take so much effort from the customer, it should be automatic once delivery is confirmed.

TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET MY CONTACTS!

It took a month to get my contacts from the date I ordered them until I got them. I had to use some contacts from an old prescription that was two years old.
They said that the contacts would be shipped with in days. BUT oh no 3 weeks. The wait was unacceptable.
I don't think I will use this site again.
However they did send an email explaining the reason for the delay. Still it was not something that should happen when the web site touts that your order will be shipped within days. That was a lie.

Shipping took over 3 weeks

Ordering experience was easy and quick. My complaint is that my contacts took over 3 weeks to ship. They were delivered only took a few days later, but if I would have known that it would take 3 weeks to ship, I would have made other arrangements. Extremely disappointed in the shipping time frame.

Good experience but...

Overall, a good experience ordering what I wanted. The difficulty came when I was choosing the quantity. The pricing displayed on the screen is sometimes misleading when there are rebates available on purchases of 8 boxes, especially when the rebate has to be filed elsewhere.
When I ordered one box (no rebate) the price was half the normal cost, then it was regular cost for the second and subsequent boxes, until I got to 8 at which point the rebate was applied to the cost - but must be handled separately.

Odd packaging

So far, I am happy with my experience, but it was odd how my contacts were boxed. One eye came in 3 individually boxes (1 month's worth in a box) and the other eye had all 90 days in one box. Really inconvenient. Other than that, I haven't had any issues with the contacts themselves.

All I had to do was enter my prescription, wait for it to be verified, and I got them a day earlier that expected. Plus I got a year's supply at half the price of my regular optometrist. If you're thinking about it, you're already losing out. Just do it.

Solid saving purchase experience

Thrilled with the overall ultimate price of contacts; just didn't see the cheaper prices involved a mail-in rebate and would be given back in the form of a Visa. Would have made the same purchase anyway, just a bit of extra work. Way cheaper than my eye doctors though!

I loaded my script and was able to make my order in a matter of minutes which was very convenient. I ordered more than I had planned just so I would qualify for a rebate. I wish the discount would have been just taken off the total. The process for the rebate is confusing. I chose standard shipping and it took just about a week to come.

I ordered my contact lenses with an expected ship/received date. However, when they weren't delivered as expected, I had to reach out to find out that there was a delay due to low inventory. What was supposed to be 3-5 days, turned into almost 2 weeks.

Overall positive experience

Everything was easy. I was able to renew my rx and place an order with no issue. The only negative was it 11 took days for my order to ship and then according to the tracking would be another 5-7 business days to arrive. But the order arrived just a couple of days after that.

Easy and affordable

Ordering was easy. Prescription info was provided and verified with little effort on my part. Lenses were not in stock(as expected) and delay was promptly communicated to me. I received my lenses in the timeframe given. My prescription was accurate and my lenses arrived in a sturdy box which ensured no damage to my order. Best of all it was much cheaper than 1-800-contacts. I'm very happy with my order.

Pricing is confusing.

It took us a while to figure out that the discounted price only applied to purchases of 8 boxes. Our final invoice quotes a price of about $25 for a box of contacts plus about $10 shipping with a total bill of $61. Very confusing.
