You dropped the ball 1-800-Flowers! It's Mother's Day and my wife did not receive her overpriced flowers! They were supposed to be delivered two days ago! I understand things might be slightly delayed due to the CoViD-19 crisis, but when you're selling the flowers as Mother's Day flowers you should get them there on time. You've lost my business. I need a dependable business. Should have looked at your reviews prior. They say it all!
It's bad enough you have to pay the ridiculously high prices to begin with, but that's the price of convenience I guess. You are then required to pay the exorbitant delivery charges. Paying these fees and scheduling delivery 2 days ahead of the date needed and they still can't deliver by the date of the holiday, and this isn't the first time. Apparently they need to get some better systems in place. Will not be using again, will just work with local florist, at least they can deliver on time.
Wanted to share my terrible experience with #1800flowers (tried to tag them but couldn't, & I also tried to post photos on the FB page but couldn't) In a nut shell don't use 1-800-flowers go directly to your local florist or find someone highly recommended! This was my Mother's day flowers for my Lola and yes I was able to re-deliver a new arrangement BUT due to high order volume the first available delivery date is for May 13th... so let's see what they actually deliver! Annoying so not only did I over pay for the service they actually had the audacity to send dying, pathetic looking flowers-not even close to what I ordered! Lesson learned!
Beware to those who are thinking about going through #1800flowers, don't do it! I swear the florist that fulfilled the order went to Food-4-less for the bouquet and threw it is a dollar tree vase! Too bad 1800flowers does not let you know which florist fulfilled the order, I would be writing this on Yelp!
Was told by a family member that their experience with this company was good so I took their word for it. But unfortunately it has been by far the WORST experience I have ever gone through with a florist company. I spent almost $100 on a order for a Mother's Day order for my mom since I wouldn't be able to visit her because of Covid-19, I paid more for early delivery and a large sized bouquet. Once it got there my mom sent us a picture of a sad little vase with 5 semi-alive roses and some carnations and looked NOTHING like the picture that was represented online. The vase was priced at $65 and not worth it at all. That being said I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them and it's been over an hour on hold, their chat online is a sham that's automated responses. There is no way of contact and it has been super frustrating, not sure what else to do it seems like an endless cycle of no answers and a scam. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

Less than 48 hours of receipt the flowers were dying of a fungus and other disease. My wife was thrilled upon receipt and now, less than 48 hours later, her Mother's Day gift is trash. Thank you 1800 flowers for making this a crummy (you can substitute whatever word you wish) Mother's Day for her (and the flowers haven't even survived.
If I could leave a Zero I would. It is Mother's Day weekend and I schedule a delivery for today May 9th. 4:30pm i get an email it will not be delivered till May 11 now. After Mothet's Day. They take your order knowing full well they gonna scew people. Will never hey from them again. I could have went to all different companies that said they would deliver today but i chose 1800 and they didn't deliver. They are using COVID19 as an excuse. If you can't deliver they you tell the customer upfront. They are liars and taking advantage of the situation to make money. Shame on you 1800 flowers!
My husband paid $80 plus almost $30 for delivery ( which I think is ridiculous to over charge to be delivered the day before Mother's Day!) only reason I gave it a 2 star was because the people who delivered we're friendly and at least the sunflowers were in it as advertised. The flowers were DYING and they substituted the roses! ( I understand they might have ran out of the bright pink but don't put a dull color in there that makes it look even more dull) it just added to the look of dying flowers. Instead of having the bright pink roses that made it pop! I got an off pink rose I guess I don't know there's really no color to the roses and they have this awful orange filler flower that is so ugly! They bunched the sunflowers almost together instead of all around. I literally tried to fix it but moving the flowers arrangement. I was so excited when I seen the arrangement my son picked out it was beautiful and then I got these! I love them because they are from my husband and son but disappointed is a understatement! We will not be ordering from them again. Also this was my second experience with them I ordered for my mother last year and she said they all looked dead. So much for second chances.
Customer service sucks i order 3 days of gift for mothers day paid $130.00 and still nothing. Customer support has only given me a run around and i cant get real answers on where my delivery is. I will never use them again and also would never recommend they. They are by far the worst ive had to deal with.
My daughter gave me my Mother's Day gift early. I love my roses and the chocolate but I really love the roses. Since I got them they have really blossomed out more and smell so lovely in my house. As the days went by the rose have a mind of their own because I swear they have gotten so pretty and open up more since I place them in the vase. I am just so blown away by the appearance of the roses. They are so pretty, check out the pictures.
One Dozen Red Roses w/Clear Hourglass & Godiva, my daughter brought this for me as my Mother's Day gift. I love them and the roses smell lovely. The chocolates were very delicious that I ate them in one sitting. Worth the money and time on this gift for me. I never received flowers before so they may look messy in the vase. Oh, the vase came with the roses as well and some kind of packets that have to go into the water to keep the roses fresh longer. I love these roses and I hope I can keep them up for a while too. Just letting everyone know that a vase will come with the flowers.
I ordered a beautiful bouquet of red roses (48ct.) for someone's 50th birthday. Total cost was over $200.00. The day of delivery I got an email in the evening stating it was delivered. Contacted the recipient to check. They didn't receive it. I got texted a little after the email stating again it was delivered. It wasn't. I confirmed I had the correct address. I spent the next day trying to get in contact with the company. Chatted with their automated system online and gave them all the info. Never got a response, explanation or any kind of tracking. Calling by phone is a nightmare. You will be waiting forever by the time someone answers. By that time I'm sure the delivery has disappeared for good. This company used to be decent. I've used them a few times before years ago. Never again. How hard can it be to deliver flowers even without coming into contact with the recipient? Obviously they can't handle it judging from their response time or lack thereof and the consistently bad reviews they get from so many people. Message to 1800flowers: if you can't handle this you shouldn't be in business. Over $200 down the toilet.
I received 2 dozen roses today from my son for Mother's Day. I have never seen such a bad quality of roses delivered in my life. These flowers were smashed almost flat and the pedals were falling off when I pulled them out of the box. There were quite a few that were brown and dying. I can't even think about telling this to my son.
I finally got to see the Flowers and Balloons that were delivered to my Mom. Beautiful Flower arrangements, BUT I had order two mylar Happy Mother's day balloons for 12.99 and received two. 89 cent balloons. I preceded to contact customer service online, they were talking until they found out I was dissatisfied and then they said Goodbye and shut off communication. I needed to send more gift to people and thought that I would use them again tomorrow. Heck No! I refuse to let any one or company be rude on top of me not getting what I ordered and paid for! I feel that is Theft!
I ordered a wreath that should have had real flower for my mother and she received fake flowers from china. I will never use this company again. I spent $70 for this order. I have tried to contact them and they keep disconnecting the call.
They show you these beautiful bouquets on their website. They offer 3 different sizes. Being that these were both a Mother's Day gift and a Birthday gift, I thought I would splurge and go for the big bouquet.

More vibrant bouquets at my local grocery stores. I feel like i wasted money to be ripped off. Would not recommend this company (or the florists they partner with) to my worst enemy. Spare yourself the trouble and money.
I had an issue with an order--we were doubly charged and had two of the same order delivered, despite my calling them to make sure this wouldn't be the case. They don't reply to emails, so had to wait on the phone for an hour maybe, with someone who would not help for the longest time. I finally got them to refund a quarter of the second order that I never made. Then I tried to get off their yearly subscription service because I no longer wanted to use their services, and it was only two months in--no prorate offered. Now their prices increased, so I definitely don't want to use them any longer. Sent an email a week ago. Nothing.

I ordered flowers for delivery on April 28th. The flowers were almost dead. The sent a new order twice and were never delivered. Now im on the 5th try and still no flowers. Don't think i will use them again. Customer service need help
So the Wife's Birthday approached and as always, part of the gift is flowers and the chocs. So I ordered the Flowers, "Fields of Europe-Large". The day arrived, then 4 PM. I looked them up on the website chatted to an agent who told me they had arrived. I assured her, They had not. But she said, "Give it until 8 PM as they may be late from the local store." Next day, chatted again. This time she reordered the Flowers. But as a gesture would give me a $20 voucher off next order. The flowers arrived next day. Definitely not worth it. I had gone to Walmart and grabbed a bunch of decent looking roses and Lilies for $30 and a box of chocs.The darn chocs originally paid for still have never arrived but I was so exasperated with this company of of chaos that I did not want to deal with them again. The $20 voucher, I definitely will not use it. This is definitely the single worst flower company I have ever dealt with. Last year, the order was late. (arrived wrong date.) I should have known better than trust them twice. Keep away.
