Do yourself a favor and avoid these online phonies. Had no problem taking my money and delivered nothing. Try emailing or calling them... good luck! Avoid and don't use them!

Ordered mother's day flowers on May 5th with delivery date of may 7. Showed my order was on the truck for 3 days. Received email on May 9,9:19pm, telling me my order can't be completed. Finally delivered on May 11th. They offered a $20.00 coupon for my next order. Hmmm, there won't be a next order. Supposed to get my shipping fee back, $14.99 but haven't seen anything yet. From now on, I'll just call a local florist and let them take care of my orders. Horrible experience.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day, one for my mom and one for my wife. Apparently, neither delivery driver rang the doorbell as my mom and wife were each home all day. My wife's flowers were fine. However, my mom's were dead by the time she retrieved them. These were left outside without water in the 105 deg. AZ heat.

I contacted customer service online the day after delivery and was supposed to receive an email reply, which as of this date I had not. I then called customer service and was given the option of receiving a call back, due to high volume. I left my phone number, but never received a call. The following day, I again called customer service and left my number. An hour later I received a call back. I explained the situation and was told that the best 1800Flowers.com could do was give me a 50% refund.

I find this unacceptable, especially in light of the policy written on the 1800Flowers.com website (under Frequently Asked Questions) that states:

"All of our flowers & gifts are backed by our 100% Smile Guarantee, which we're proud to stand behind. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason at all, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right. This includes offering a refund, redelivery or comparable exchange on your order. It's all part of our promise to provide you with an excellent customer experience every single time."

This is a false claim and should either be followed or retracted.

I ordered flowers for mother's day which didn't not arrive. The following day I received an email that a local florist attempted to deliver, but was unable to do so because no one home. I was at my mother's house all day with the door open. There was no ring at the doorbell nor any phone call. It's now Tuesday no flowers no phone call.

Flowers ordered on 5/6 for Mothers Day delivery arrived on 5/12. Sat at Fedex 2 days. So obviously there would not be a Sunday promised delivery! No doorbell ring. Daisy plant with 1/2 of stems broken off and sitting in the box! Called: "60 minute wait"... understandable. But unable to "leave # so we'll call you back"... back to the initial recording again and again.
One mistake on senders part was 2 digit away from correct house number but #32 had to be next to 34! Could anything else be wrong with the 1-800 Flowers. AND FEDEX who were obviously NOT PAID to deliver on Sunday?! So please redeliver whole plant not broken order to # 32. Thank you.

Crap
May 12, 2020

Woukd give a 0 if I could but not possible. Ordered for mothers day and nothing delivered. No confirmation email which was odd and no updates. However they got my email right as they did send me promotional emails for future purchases, yeah right. I understand things happen and during these covid times things are off but at least let me know what is going on and DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR SOMETHING I'VE NEVER GOTTEN. Called customer service 3 times and even left a call back number yesterday and being on hold for 2 hours with no one picking up, no reply. Emailed them, again nothing. At minimum when you charge someone keep them updated, if this is too much work then either hire more people or close yours doors.

No!

I sent flowers and yummy treats at Easter to my son, they received the flowers but not the treats, and I did not think to ask, a week and half later they called and said they were out of treats, sent something else instead... a week and half later? Should have been right away. And sent flowers to my mom, they were ok. Sent my mom flowers for her birthday, ok but not what she should have gotten for what i paid. So, one more try, upped the game, top tier for Mothers day, mom sends me picks and I cried! So sad, I have used these guys in past and had great service but now... not so good! And i can't even find a way to send email so i can share pics of how lame the flowers are! Carolyn

I would strongly urge people not to use this service, send your love a gift card to some gas station that sells flowers. You will get three to four times the amount, and they will be fresher. My son sent his mother flowers using this wretched service, they were sent on the 7th, may. We don't know when fed x delivered, as they never rang the doorbell, just left them on the front porch. It was 104 here in AZ that day, the next day it was 102, Like most people with a house one rarely goes out the front door, why would you when the car in in the garage, It was only by chance that I happen to go out on Sat evening to check on something that I saw the box. Imagine what a bouquet of tulips look like after two days in the heat. My wife tried calling that night, well that was a joke, you would have better luck getting the pope to take a call on Sun morning. So here it is Mon, I called and was told the wiat time would be two hours, I'm sure they know that no one is going to stay on the line for two hours even if it is to complain about the crappy service. So if you don't have anything better to do with your money, and you really don't give a damn bout the recipient, go ahead, call 1800flowers they will be sure to disappoint.

I waited Until customer service called back, it was 6 hours later, which say a lot about the care they have for their customers, their answer is to send out more flowers, like getting a Christmas present on Dec 28. Don't waste your money with these people.

I ordered my mother a xlarge $90 floral arrangement and she received it looking nothing like the picture nor did it even look professionally done. 4 roses in the front & back and side empty. Not happy at all and struggling to make contact with anyone for help. The computer robot is not much help. Will not order from them again unless they make this right. I wish i could upload pictures on here. I wouldn't even need to write a review.

My husband & boys ordered me flowers for mothers day to be delivered at my work the Friday before Mother's day only to come home empty handed other then the groceries I came home with was very upsetting for my boy's. My husband & oldest son were very upset & my youngest was nearly in tears as they spent a lot of time picking out flowers in my favorite shades of blue. What has me the most upset after not getting the delivery, but no one is answering phone, all my husband can do is email. Will never use 1800flowers again.

Failed to Deliver
May 11, 2020

I ordered Mother's Day Flowers and was guaranteed delivery between Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 9th. When the flowers weren't delivered, I was told they would be delivered by the end of the business day on Sunday, May 10th. The flowers were never delivered, and I was given the excuse of COVID-19. I was promised delivery by the end of the business day on Monday, May 11th. The flowers were still not delivered and when I asked for a refund they disconnected the call as I was on hold waiting for a supervisor's approval. I have disputed the charge with my bank. Stay away from this company!

Find a better place to get your flowers. I ordered flowers for my mom and my mother in law for mothers day. I selected the large bouquet for each. My moms came and was absolutely pitiful! I can't believe I paid for a large bouquet and got that! My mother in laws bouquet arrived dead and the delivery guy broke her door! He decided it would be a good idea to shove it between her door and storm door. Well, he bent the frame on the door because it did not fit and he shoved it in anyway. To make matters even worse I live in NY my husband ordered me a dozen roses for mothers day. For what ever reason they shipped from Cali and also arrived completely dead and all the petals had fallen off. That is three orders out of three that were AWFUL! Save your money or find a better company. 1 800 flowers does not care at all! Three moms who's mothers day came with crappy dead flowers!

Terrible service
May 11, 2020

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Thursday 5/7/2020. Delivery date was guaranteed from 5/8/2020 to 5/10/2910 (Sunday). On Monday 5/11/2020, the flowers were still not delivered. I called customer service and was put on hold for an hour and then after an hour of waiting on the line they hung up. When I finally talked to an associate, I could not understand him. So I could not understand the reason for delay or when it will be delivered. He said I will receive a $20 gift certificate but I wanted a refund on the current order. He said he needs to take another call and hung up. I could not even get a word in to complain and request a refund for the current order. Terrible customer service.

I sent a gift to my sister and she only got a portion of it delivered. When I called to get the issue resolved, the customer service agent couldn't even find the product online. Apparently it was removed as soon as I placed my order which seemed like a scam. Then I requested a refund for my order and she only issued a partial refund. Therefore I had to call back again and the representative assured that I would be receiving a full credit but I later found out that I got another partial refund. I am so over this company. 1800flowers.com is definitely running some sort of scam. Definitely not worth your money or time. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

So I ordered some stuff from them for my mom for Mother's Day. It said that it was delivered on Saturday when I asked my mom she said that nothing had been delivered all day. So I called to let them know what had happened. They went on and said that it would be delivered today in the morning. My mom was mom home all day and still nothing was delivered today. I went to call them again and they changed the date for it to be delivered on Monday. When I asked to for a refund they went into and said that I was only going to be receiving a partial refund. I will never ever use these people again and I will be letting everyone that I know never to go through 1 800 flowers for anything. Stay with your local shops for everything that you need. It will be better then getting ripped off. I will never ever recommend to use 1 800 flowers to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THEM ALL THEY DO IS RIP YOU OFF AND NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU ORDER!

I spent $85 on Mother's Day flowers for my Nanny and they sent something COMPLETELY different than what I ordered! I am trying to get in touch with them now but wait time to talk to somebody is over 2 hours. This website is a SCAM and I wish I had looked up their reviews before ordering from them. I have never been so displeased with a company. They should be ashamed of themselves. The first picture below is what I ordered and the second picture is what was received...

Placed an order on April 27 to be delivered on May 7. Order never went past confirmed. Called around 2pm on May 7 to inquire bout order and why it was still only in confirmed status and not in transit or something. 1st customer serivice operator told me it was in transit. Even though my screen said only confirmed. I called back a few hrs later, still order not delivered. 2nd customer service person, said they tried calling local florist and got no answer. Lol. I called back and hr later as I was asked to do so, just got no answer from 1800 flowers, couldn't even leave a message to call me back. Got a call the following day say order was being replaced and $20 credit to future order... lol. Said new order should be there in 2 days. Here I am calling 2 days later, on mother's day. At 5:20, still no flowers. New customer rep says, flowers should be there by 5pm. Its 5:20 here. Now been on hold for 50 and just got hungup on.

As an FYI, we ordered Mother's Day flowers from 1800flowers based on hearing their advertisements on multiple conservative talk radio hosts shows. To say we are disappointed is a huge understatement. We ordered flowers for my elderly mother who lives across the country for Mother's Day only to be called at 6 PM local time (8 PM where she lives) to cancel my order the night before because they could not find someone to deliver the flowers. That is unbelievable that you would wait until it is too late to make alternate arrangements. I would never use them again as they're AWFUL.
