Garbage, got scammed.

Ordered a package months ago, was a nerf gun. Tracked the whole package never got it. Garbage service and not a legit tracking service team. No refund, no contact support. Don't fall into 17 track.net. You will not get your money back.

However, I copy and paste because every comment here is malicious and deliberately defamatory. I didn't see any requests for help in those comments, just insults and whining.

So, I don't think I need to waste my time replying to the comments here. My time is reserved for people who really need it, not for vigilantly maintaining it.

I don't understand why people who I've never met would leave such vile and hostile messages. I can't see the goodness here. It's full of horror. They were abusing people without any evidence or any research. These people are shameful, and they should be ashamed of their words, not me.

I reply your message because I felt like you were different, even though your messages are hostile.

Scam supporters!

Vendor sent a 17Track number which does show tracking information. Order was placed 1/22/2022, showed lots of steps before Delivery confirmed on 2/8/2022.
They showed that USPS delivered it to my mail box which is 12"x3"x14".
The item shipped was supposed to be a 7'x7'x6' garden shed. That will not fit in the mail box no matter how hard you try!
Scammed!

There are Facebook ads that offer "too good to be true" merchandise. Well, I fell for one. I ordered, but I never heard from the company. Luckily I used PayPal, which let me file a complaint. They contacted the company and they replied with a tracking #. The # was one for China Post. China Post never showed a record of the tracking number.
Through PayPal, the company I bought from said I had to use 17Track. That site tracked the package all the way to the point of saying it was delivered to me. Well... It never was.
I escalated the complaint with PayPal and they refunded my money!

I'm sorry you didn't receive your package. But I think it's unfair that you make groundless comments in our comments section without knowing anything. I want you to revise your review or show me the public evidence that supports your comment -- not just two screenshots. You may not be aware of the seriousness of the problem. Still, your improper comments will mislead our customers and cause an irreversible negative impact on our company's image and reputation.

Back to business:

"There are Facebook ads that offer "too good to be true" merchandise". So you clearly recognize your mistake, are you?

2. "China Post never showed a record of the tracking number." Why would you believe a tracking number? As you know, this is a scam.

3. "That site tracked the package all the way to the point of saying it was delivered to me. Well... It never was"

All of the tracking numbers information on our website are from their counterparts in more than 1,200 shipping companies that we work with worldwide. The information you see on the transportation company's website is the same as you can see on ours.

You might argue with me: Why would a fake tracking number show the info? Well, I don't have proof about this, but we think there's a dark web selling real tracking numbers to scammers. Then the scammer will select the corresponding number to send to you according to your country area so that you will believe it. Not only China Post and USPS. But Italy, Canada, Brazil, Spain, Norway, Switzerland, France, Germany, and the country you can name on, are all in the scope of scammers.

"The company I bought from said I had to use 17Track." That's only for you. You don't know that there are 1389 companies like us globally. They pick companies at random. Our union federation has worked hard to stop this. But our efforts alone are slow, and scammers will die out if low prices do not attract buyers.

I don't know if you can understand, but it is clear that you slander us without evidence, which is so wrong!

I'm always welcome to you continue to talk to me or present evidence to the public that supports your comment. I also hope you can send me your contact information, and I will ask our colleagues in the Legal Department to contact you to obtain evidence. My email is walterwang@17track.net.

Terrible Scam

I purchased one of the advertised scooters and paid for but never got the it. I had the tracking number and sent to them but heard back. So it's been two years and I said good bye to my money and a promised scooter. I have since the tracking number

Dishonest company

The most dishonest company. All tracking info is bogus. Nothing is ever delivered.
Famous line duly voted. What does that mean. Shipment delivered to your mailbox but the shipment is delivered 1000's of kilometers away.

Clever Scam

So I ordered a product on January 10th of this year I was charged by January 11th product was supposedly shipped out 5 days later and I received it supposedly 2 weeks ago No such product has been shipped by seller. Sellers website dawnofcastle.com is no longer up and running which was the sellers website when I was able to research information on that website the address was a personal home and the telephone number associated does not work or was not in service nor accepting voicemails. I reached out to PayPal regarding the matter and they referred me to my bank I reached out to my bank and my bank referred me back to PayPal and my postal service says they have no information regarding this tracking information. So no one wants to help me. Though so those that believe that track 17 is a front are probably right scammers are using that website to filter transactions and shipments that do not exist I wonder if PayPal or 17track can be held financially liable, I wonder if we all came together and sued some body anybody responsible.

Are fictitious sites they are scams and should not be online allowing people to order from them, 17 track net is who they go through. Which is a scam delivery service I ordered partials on the 3rd of December of last year have not received my products even though they say it has been delivered. The company's refused to refund my money, keep saying they're going to send out my product again I have been waiting patiently but every time it seems to arrive it's not at my address I have cameras and they asked me if neighbors would steal from me and no none of my neighbors are thieves I know this for a fact because they don't want to be seen on I also have cameras watching below and above so my package never showed up and I suggest anybody stay away from these companies tracking number UFYVZ*******381YQ it's a bunch of hoax

Bought lithium batteries from a Chinese seller. After 2 months I finally opened up a claim. They begged for patience and sent me what I now know is a bogus tracking number at 17track. Looks like a legit slow transit, but final delivery never happens to you.

Big spam

17Track is a joke. They let you believe your parcel is on its way with false tracking updates. I bought a hoodie from another scam site and once bought the item disappeared on the Web radar. And 17Track is the ghost shipping company. I wrote to them and they had an automatic reply. And it is quite hard to find a way to contact 17Track directly. I would have rated them a big zero if it was on the menu.

Be warned that if a Chinese online seller provides you a tracking number that only seems to work on this site. You need to insist on an international tracking number which consists of 2 letters, then 9 numbers followed by another 2 letters XX*******XX

I ordered my product to be delivered to Edmonton ab, waited a long te only to find out it was delivered to someone in Okotoks. Edmonton sounds nothing like Okotoks. Not legitimate. Don't order from China, Korea, japan, all those fkn places are lying thieves.

What makes 17 Track so devious is that often they indeed give accurate tracking information, which is very helpful. But what makes them dangerous is that they also take contracts from scammers and are paid to issue fake tracking information--it appears that your package is on the way, but when it "arrives" it is nowhere to be found. That is because there never was a package sent. This has happened to me 3 times now. Fool me thrice, shame on me...

We are simply using our expertise to assist customers with problems tracking their packages. But we're not responsible for manufacturing, selling or shipping. Therefore, please contact the seller or the shipping company corresponding to the logistic number if the parcel is overdue.

However, I would like to remind you that please do not copy and paste the website you receive from social media platforms, SMS, email, or other places when shopping online. Instead, search for the website in Google or another formal browser and browse to purchase.
