All they do is wash their hands of any type of issues you might be having! I've ordered two things, and both times their site said delivered to my house… Well surprise it never made it to my house… they said it was delivered; and if the product was not there it was stolen from my porch. Well, I've got bad news for them I have cameras all over my house, plus a Ring. I would 100% if a car pulled up, or if a package was delivered. They might not be part of the scam, but if they are not they need to do a better job vetting their shippers. If you see your package is coming 17 Track just count your losses, and don't expect it to be delivered! Buyer beware!
I have been using this APP for a little over two months now and have had 0 problems with it. I find it to be very responsive and informative. It runs on auto and I am completely satisfied with the way it operates. I would recommend the app to anyone that ships through Shopify or Paypal!
There are Facebook ads that offer "too good to be true" merchandise. Well, I fell for one. I ordered, but I never heard from the company. Luckily I used PayPal, which let me file a complaint. They contacted the company and they replied with a tracking #. The # was one for China Post. China Post never showed a record of the tracking number.
Through PayPal, the company I bought from said I had to use 17Track. That site tracked the package all the way to the point of saying it was delivered to me. Well... It never was.
I escalated the complaint with PayPal and they refunded my money!
17Track is not a merchant, and it is not a shipping service like UPS. It is a tracking service that provides detailed information about a package's journey and current status, often much more information than the shipper provides on their web site. Since so many people can't seem to understand this web site's actual function and blame this web site for the sins of others, this web site should make it harder for fake shipping companies to sign up and abuse their well-intended and valuable service.
It was saying my package was in New York, then like the next day it was saying it was in my state… But now after like a day or two it's saying it's back in New York? I'm confused? It was literally saying it was in my state! I just want my dang jacket.

17track does indeed provide a tracking number where you can track what you ordered from a scam shopping site.
They recently delivered a parcel to me however when I opened it it was absolutely not what I ordered and I thought I got someone elses product.
The Electric bike ordered for my daughter turned out to be a pair of sunglasses.
I am livid. 17track should disassociate from all of these companies that scam people through facebook
I've seen a lot of people bashing this company for being a scam. I thought so too bc it took a while for my D&D dice to arrive, but they finally did today. Not a scam, just requires patience. Sorry to anyone who didn't share my positive experience.

Ordered a package months ago, was a nerf gun. Tracked the whole package never got it. Garbage service and not a legit tracking service team. No refund, no contact support. Don't fall into 17 track.net. You will not get your money back.
17Track has said they delivered 2 different packages in/at my mailbox and it's always in the middle of the night! My doorbell camera has not recorded them making the delivery nor have I received packages. They will not respond to emails and I'm stuck with no deliveries. They should be put out of business.
17track doesn't even deserve a 1 for star rating! The item ordered showed for weeks and months in transit and never arrived! And they charged my card! They sell things that are non existence!

The website of the business I bought a chair has vanished now and even tracking says item delivered to the local post, nothing has been delivered. Shockingly, $400 disappeared from my bank account last week and had to take steps to protect myself. So please don't trust this company and also the businesses that uses this tracking service. 17Track is a joke. They let you believe your parcel is on its way with false tracking updates. I bought a hoodie from another scam site and once bought the item disappeared on the Web radar. And 17Track is the ghost shipping company. I wrote to them and they had an automatic reply. And it is quite hard to find a way to contact 17Track directly. I would have rated them a big zero if it was on the menu.

I ordered my product to be delivered to Edmonton ab, waited a long te only to find out it was delivered to someone in Okotoks. Edmonton sounds nothing like Okotoks. Not legitimate. Don't order from China, Korea, japan, all those fkn places are lying thieves.

It's a shame that stupid people are able to leave reviews on a company they don't understand because 17Track is a great concept executed flawlessly! I started using this service after making an order on ador.com and having 17track recommend to track the parcel and found the experience so easy, i don't bother going to the courier's site when I order anything anymore, only 17Track!

This tracking service said my parcel was delivered, and it was. However, instead of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered I got some junky jewellery packed up in a Zales box with the same tracking number. 17 Track is getting the heat for this, but how would they know what they are shipping? They ship whatever using only a tracking number--they are not the shipper. I blame the original company I ordered from. If you got a much smaller parcel than you expected, this is why--it's a scam perpetrated by the original company. Go after them. I may not get my money back, but I plan on being annoying in the meantime. Shown below is the parcel I received--I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Birkenshoped.com.

I want you to revise your review or show me the public evidence that supports your comment -- not just two screenshots. You may not be aware of the seriousness of the problem. All of the tracking numbers information on our website are from their counterparts in more than 1,200 shipping companies that we work with worldwide. The information you see on the transportation company's website is the same as you can see on ours.
You might argue with me: Why would a fake tracking number show the info? Well, I don't have proof about this, but we think there's a dark web selling real tracking numbers to scammers. Then the scammer will select the corresponding number to send to you according to your country area so that you will believe it. Not only China Post and USPS. But Italy, Canada, Brazil, Spain, Norway, Switzerland, France, Germany, and the country you can name on, are all in the scope of scammers.
"The company I bought from said I had to use 17Track." That's only for you. You don't know that there are 1389 companies like us globally. They pick companies at random. Our union federation has worked hard to stop this. But our efforts alone are slow, and scammers will die out if low prices do not attract buyers.
