My order came in a little damaged. Thankfully, their customer service was amazing! They replied to me within 2 hours which I really appreciated. They were super friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable ordering from the company again knowing that if I need help in the future I know that I will be taken care of.
I orders an item and it was little small on me and the size bigger is sold out so I asked for a return. They discounted $10 fee for a labor, so I lost $10 + $7 shipping. I'll avoid buying on this store again cause if something just doesn't fit on me and they don't have my size I lose money.

If you care about integrity in a company, I wouldn't shop here! Over $300 worth of items were determined to be ineligible for returns due to their "condition", even though they were barely removed from the packaging. If you want to be able to receive a refund for items that don't fit you, I would find somewhere else to shop.
Not only did my ApplePay display $98 when I authorized the sale and was charged $101, the item I purchased two days later went on sale for $27 less and they wouldn't honor the price. Complete garbage customer service.
They reached back out to me almost immediately and sent along the gift card I needed to use from a return! I can't wait to shop the site for new things and loved how responsive and detailed the team was!
In may, I preordered an item that had a July delivery. In August, I emailed customer service as my item had not arrived. They apologized and said it would arrive in October, which wouldn't work because that's when my event was. So I cancelled it and ordered something else. I received what I ordered and it was a dress that was way too short but too large in every other way, very oddly sized. Returns are terrible. They give you a date deadline to return it (although it's actually 30 days from receiving the item which supercedes any date they give you), they charge you for shipping twice, and a 9.95 restock fee. They also try to pressure you into store credit. I hate this place, never again.
My order accidentally put my old address in the "shipping address" box. I emailed them to ask them to please update to my new address and they responded immediately. I was super impressed. I will be ordering more from them in the future!
All of the clothes I bought don't fit, and now I can't even return or exchange them. I should've read the return policy better, but wasn't expecting not even an exchange to be accepted. They weren't even marked final sale. Very disappointed and won't be shopping with them again.
Overpriced for the fabric and stitching quality. Sequins were falling off one of my dresses right out of the package. Sizing is all over the place. A size Large fit me ok in one out of four dresses, but I am a small to medium in most other similar brands. $10 fee to return each individual item which is outrageous. They sent me a "free gift" which was the ugliest cheapest piece of costume jewelry I've ever seen and I sent it back with my return even though it was free.
Not impressed. Won't be ordering again. Just opt for Free People. I've had their dresses last me for years.
Very cheap quality of material for the high prices this company has. Horrible customer service and refund policy; took over a month for refund to come in even after I asked multiple times, it was as if they were hoping I would forget about the refund. The reviews on the website are definitely all fake as well.
Super expensive prices on their site! I personally did not try out their dresses or coats but those are all around $80 and I can't imagine it is worth that money. I did try their sequin skirt and it was nice but not worth $50!
Shipping: arrived 6 days after placing the order. They keep you updated every step of the way.
Quality: Waistband on the skirt was just an elastic which wasn't the most attractive. Not thick material either so it really just reminded me of something you'd get at Forever21.
I ordered a pearl top overlay. The site said one size fits all but it is gigantic and no amount of manipulation could make it fit. Upon checkout they stated no refunds on accessories or final sales. Since I was ordering a top I didn't think it applied to me and was just a standard alert. However, when I went to return it, I was told the top was an accessory. Since when are tops accessories? I agree it goes over another top such as a sports bra or tank, but then are sheer tops an accessory also? I complained and was told it was "policy". In todays shopping experience and all the options, I would look elsewhere for better customer service.
Claims that Warehouse Returns did not accept clothing. In truth they are reselling the clothes and keeping your money. Scam. Do not shop here. Shady business.
Don't buy from them. I followed them for a while before purchasing an item. I was happy to see it had finally been marked down to a reasonable price, as my social media had been extensively showing me the item. Upon arrival I found a cheaply made, single layer fabric that I couldn't even pull up. Their sizing guide is totally off and not inclusive to anyone who isn't model size. When I reached out to customer service, not only did they refuse to return the item, but they won't even exchange it for a size that fits due to it being a "final sale". They take advantage of unclear descriptions on their site, knowing they can essentially rip you off. So disappointed, as I have loved what they posted. But the reality is that this company scams you and does nothing to rectify it.
I should have read their customer return policy but who would have thought that ANY and ALL sale items were not eligible for return. These specific items were not labelled as "final sale" and are well within the "15 day return" limit. This will be my first and last time shopping with this company. They offer "one time courtesy returns" but for a fee. They only offer you in-store credit. So they want to keep your money and make you pay more to process it.
I was looking for a fun dress for my disco cowgirl bachelorette and stumbled on this site. I have to give them props for their marketing because this dress looked amazing in photos. I ordered it, $150. Then while searching on Amazon found the EXACT SAME dress. Ordered one for comparison. $38 and exactly the same. I mean 100% exact sam down to every stitch. Started looking up other items of theirs on Amazon… same thing! They deleted all my reviews and ignored my emails questioning the pricing when it's on Amazon for 75% less. I understand needing a profit but their markup is INSANE. Deleting real reviews too…. Stay away
Horrible with everything from purchasing to returning. The material of everything is extremely cheap and not wearable. I am confused who actually continues to buy this. I even tried to go to NYC location in-person to choose something for exchanging and found absolutely nothing worthy. After sending them the return it will take about "12-16 days" after they RECEIVE the item to process the refund. Not even going to mention the crazy fees they have for return. The most ridiculous policy. There are plenty of online stores with better quality to choose from
I ordered a beautiful dress from 12th tribe, and was so happy when it arrived! The dress is beautiful, but unfortunately came slightly damaged. I contacted their customer service and they were so helpful in helping me to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend shopping here!
The clothes are really cute. Unfortunately I ordered black friday sale items that we're not returnable or available for exchange. I even accidentally ordered two of the same item like a real dummy. I reached out via chat and they we're able to make a one time exception for store credit. The fact that i was able to chat with a real person and quickly made for an amazing customer service experience.
