Sometimes the shoes run small, especially if pointed toes. Others were fine.
Actually just call customer service and they will help you. They have been a lot better recently about refunding monies when something doesn't work out.
All your questions can be answered by reading their terms and conditions. There's a reason this exists... Zulily is only a middle man type of company. They don't actually make anything. All sales are final because they are soled at a steep discount. Most, if not all items are not refundable or returnable. You may receive store credit for some, but it depends on the item, supplier, level of usage, etc.
If the watches are being sold on Zulily, by a reputable company i.e. Bulova or Timex, Zad then you will receive an authentic item. They are shipped directly from the merchant. However, if you don't recognize the name, or a company, then you're taking a chance.
I don't know. I have never ordered one except from spartina which they are Fabulous!

If I were you I wouldn't bother. It took about a month for me to receive my things which were all poor quality and a shirt was so small that I gave it to my 8 year old Daughter. It's not worth the hassle. Order from Charlotte russe, they deliver in about a week. :)
Zulily clearly states how long it takes to ship out the merchandise but it's being shipped from al over the world so it does take a long time to arrive. If you're interested in what they offer at the excellent prices they offer it for then its completely worth the wait in my opinion. What's the big deal? People are in such a hurry for everything! This is not how Zulily works and if you read their website they explain exactly why.
