Sometimes the shoes run small, especially if pointed toes. Others were fine.

I ordered a UK 38 that was to be a size 8 according to the size chart, which should have fit. It was more like a 7.5 barely. I can't say it is zulily per se as much as the company design.not sure who makes their size chart or how companies are placed on that chart.

I wouldn't know about shoes have only ordered clothes and they were very accurate in their sizing.

I haven't ordered adult shoes, but did for my four year old granddaughter and they were quite narrow.and she has a normal foot.

I have been very happy ordering from Zulily, never have been disappointed. As far as ordering shoes you have to know your brands as I can't wear Nikes for me they always are to tight (and I don't have wide feet) so if you know the brand you are from you should be okay.

It really depends on the manufacturer. I have had items fall apart within hours of wearing and those that have lasted 1-2 seasons. I try and stick w the reputable brands. There are no returns w zulily but sometimes if it is a manufacturer defect they will give you store credit.

The only place I order shoes unless I KNOW the brand is Zappos or Shoe Buy because you can return them for free. And even if you know a brand, sometimes a certain style just doesn't cut it. So, I don't think it is Zulilys fault if a shoe brand doesn't fit.

DON'T DO IT! Zulily is AWFUL! You have ZERO chance of returning the shoes if they do not fit. Quality of items is not assured and they may not even offer a credit. I have ordered MANY good things but, when I received unacceptable product, they refused to offer a refund. They lost a good customer...

Go by the sizing guide. I have found that items run small. Each manufacturer sizing seems to be different. I'm generally ordering 1-2 sizes up which hurts the ego!
