All sales are final because they are soled at a steep discount. Most, if not all items are not refundable or returnable. You may receive store credit for some, but it depends on the item, supplier, level of usage, etc.
Don't count on it. Terrible site. They send you what you do not order and do not take returns.
Save your money and shop at a real store. Zuilly is NOT interested in pleasing their customer.
NO & NO They have a no return policy. No refunds. You MAY be able to get a store credit for a return, but no refund and no exchanges. Be warned the size charts are often wrong - it's sort of hit & miss. I've learned the hard way. Pretty much when it comes to clothing, it's a gamble!
Nope... you buy and they are yours forever. You might get a refund but don't ca\ount on it. They tell you not to send the shoes back, to donate them to charity. This site is really bad and they are losers.
Because customers, in general, have been treated poorly by their substandard practices. I totally trusted these guys, mistakenly thinking I would be treated, at least, as well as most companies. Don't waste your time. Hopefully these people will go out of business as word gets around OR they will man up and learn how to be a decent company with fair business practices.
There are no exchanges and no returns. When you buy anything from Zulily it is a final sale. Know your brands and sizes before buying. I think shoes are the most difficult to fit via mail order.
