After reading all the reviews I didn't try to return anything, the ripped, the raw edges, the machine grease, & the fabric quality, I would have had to return everything for a store credit. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING ELSE THEY HAVE! Sorry I can't help you on anything about returns.

You can return the dress. They will check it and will give you a store credit no refunds. Credit is good for over a year. Go to website and look for customer service they will email you the return address by your location. I just ordered some more items. Really like quality just look out for size they may run Europe they do have a chart next to item in the bottom. Good luck with purchase.
