I had to speak to several random customer service reps via a chat window. I never spoke to the same person twice. They avoided my request for a phone number every time. I recieved my package after two months. I ordered a large jacket that was truly an extra small with a tag that said large. Decided it wasn't worth the risk to try to send it back for my money, so I gave it to my small friend. Worst shopping experience I've ever had.
You could save yourself a lot of headache and not order from this company. Their cloths are very poor quality and I never did get my refund after returning... a scam company
You'll be lucky if it ever arrives. And don't try to return. They will never let you. I filed a complaint with the BBB and i suggest everyone do the same.
Don't expect any good answers from customer service. It'll be completely generic and even after you return your shipment, I'd imagine that you'd still have to stay on top of them for a refund. Hopefully it's not a Chinese holiday, because you will receive no responses during these times. The only way I was able to gain a refund was by posting on sites like this. Good luck.

Here's the deal, my dear: they are never planning on sending you your order so cancel it as quick as possible. This is s corrupt company that takes advantage of the fact that they don't have to comply with our laws, which is why you see trademarked items that were manufactured there being sold by them for cheaper when they legally don't have the right too, in America at least and only. They are going to keep your money and hope that you either forget or just give up. I was on their $#*! everyday (sometimes three times a day) for two weeks to get my refund. Finally I complained to my bank and all of a sudden the money appeared. But I kept a paper train and proved that they kept my money with unlawful intent. The gave me SEVERAL fake tracking numbers, they don't care they're just trying to run you around in circles until you get so dizzy that you give up. This company is just a little insight to how the elite. 05% treat the people in their own country! It makes me sick and I think we should ban them, but they were smart enough to have paid off a politician. Now here we are! The 1%'ers will be the death of us here in Americs too. Cancel your order!

Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
