Not only did I cancel the debit card on my daughter's account, but I filed a complaint/dispute with the bank, I also filed with the BBB, AND the FTC. We DID cancel before the 14th day, I have an e-mail as proof, we also called them, they still charged my daughter $39.80 anyway....which is why we cancelled her card & contacted our bank. From the hundreds of reviews that I have read it seems like the only way to keep them out of your account. Please, take the time to go one step further and file with the BBB & the FTC as well. This needs to stop. There are reviewers on here claiming that it is our fault, we should have read, etc. etc.....BUT WE DID READ & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS & CANCEL BEFORE 14 DAYS. This company is just plain deceptive & fraudulent.
