Has anyone managed to get their money back who haven't received rhe watch? I cancelled the order them I've just got an email saying if you don't receive it by Tuesday contact us! I cancelled it two weeks before Christmas! Absolutely gutted I've lost money, if anyone can help me out how I claim my money back I'd be really grateful

This is a joke! So many people have been tricked into buying these designer watches from Poland?!?! I used watchshop and had my watch delivered within 48hrs. Groupon is pushing their limits as far as responsible, honest trading is concerned. Seems than over 1000 watches have been sold! What if each person wants a refund? LOL

We cancelled before Xmas and still haven't recieved our refund from the bank! X

I waited 3 weeks but goods never arrived. Reported to groupon who were shocking. Reported to bank and within 5 days got a full refund pending refund. My back Halifax were excellent.

Did you buy via Groupon? Ilovewatches finally responded and I have postal tracking confirmation that inadvertently returned it. I have also emailed groupon and they said they will process the refund once Ilovewatches confirm they have received it. Fingers crossed!
