I ordered mine back in November for a christmas present via Groupon, £250 taken out straight away and an e-mail saying it had been dispatched. Three weeks later no sign, rang GLS (the company it's apparently shipped with) and ParcelForce who ensure me the tracking number is not real and that my postcode is nowhere on the system. Rang Groupon many times, keep telling me to wait for it. Rang the company itself no answer no response to emails or voicemails. I've rang my bank to report fraud and they won't even help me and said I probably won't get a full refund! I don't even want the watch anymore and i'm absolutely gutted i'm £250 down this close to Christmas. If anyone can suggest something that I can do then please feel free. But DO NOT order from this company i've been stressed out for nearly a month now!
