Hi ive also ordered on 30. 11. 15. Ive paid £150 for a watch... as you can guess still not recieved it. I had no confirmation but have recieved a tracking number. Ive been tracking it every day... the first info was 4. 12. 15 data had been inputted but gls have not yet recieved item. This stayed like this for ages... the last info was on the 15. 12. 15 its arrived in germany. Im still hopeful... ive emailed groupon who have responded with it should be with you by the 9 12.15. Although this enail was dated the 12. 12. 15! It also says if not recieved by 18th please contact us again. Im praying this arrives in time. Ive ordered many things with groupon and this is the 1st time ive ever been dissatisfied... tbh this ilove company should be taken off this site... also if i had realised this company was not based in the uk i really dont think i would of bothered ordering.

I believe the watch is received was fake. The authenticity tag looked photocopied and when I compared with a genuine armani watch that certificate was slightly embossed and ilovewatches wasn't.

This is a joke! So many people have been tricked into buying these designer watches from Poland?!?! I used watchshop and had my watch delivered within 48hrs. Groupon is pushing their limits as far as responsible, honest trading is concerned. Seems than over 1000 watches have been sold! What if each person wants a refund? LOL

I have also been having trouble with this company. received an email on the 1st of december stating it had been shipped. after a long wait i emailed them. on the 14th of december received an email stating they will ship 1-2 days. i have looked on the direct website for gls delivery, my tracking number is valid and apparently arrived in england yesterday. has anyone received their watch yet? I got a watch from my husband for christmas and it was a fault on it tried to contact them but no response i want it fixing or a new one sent out got back in touch with groupon still waiting don't order nothing off these people

Hi i have requested a refund for my mk5720 order through paypal please refund asap and cancel the order.

Same situation for me ordered 29/11 tracking saying in germany since 15/12, to the lady who got delivery have you verified if the watch is genuine?
