I got a watch from my husband for Christmas and it was a fault on it tried to contact them but no response I want it fixing or a new one sent out got back in touch with groupon still waiting don't order nothing off these people

Hi I have requested a refund for my MK5720 order through PayPal please refund ASAP and cancel the order.
Are the watches you have received genuine?
Has anyone managed to get their money back who haven't received rhe watch? I cancelled the order them I've just got an email saying if you don't receive it by Tuesday contact us! I cancelled it two weeks before Christmas! Absolutely gutted I've lost money, if anyone can help me out how I claim my money back I'd be really grateful
I have also been having trouble with this company. Received an email on the 1st of December stating it had been shipped. After a long wait I emailed them. On the 14th of December received an email stating they will ship 1-2 days. I have looked on the direct website for GLS delivery, my tracking number is valid and apparently arrived in England yesterday. Has anyone received their watch yet?
Same situation for me ordered 29/11 tracking saying in Germany since 15/12, to the lady who got delivery have you verified if the watch is genuine?
I was in the same situation I put my order in with groupon 25th November, received a dispatch email next day with a tracking number but no tracking information was showing I gave it the 7 working days still nothing contacted groupon by email they told me to wait an additional 7 working days to allow for Christmas delays, that day came and went and nothing so rang groupon got told its going to management and to expect to hear back from them in 10 working days I explained this isn't good enough as its a Christmas present so I needed it they were rude on the phone and very unhelpful. Rang again this morning very frustrated asked for a refund after firstly saying no they Said I'd get a refund in 5-7 working days. Within minutes of getting of the phone and about to purchase another watch from a watch shop a parcel force van pulled up outside my house and there it was a couldn't believe it I was speechless... So hold out you prob will get it. I didn't think after seeing these reviews I'd get mine but I have it just took 3 weeks! Phew
To the lady above did you get confirmation emails from groupon as we have and exactly same has happened to us we ordered it on 4th December and still nothing
