I have also been having trouble with this company. Received an email on the 1st of December stating it had been shipped. After a long wait I emailed them. On the 14th of December received an email stating they will ship 1-2 days. I have looked on the direct website for GLS delivery, my tracking number is valid and apparently arrived in England yesterday. Has anyone received their watch yet?
