I got a watch from my husband for Christmas and it was a fault on it tried to contact them but no response I want it fixing or a new one sent out got back in touch with groupon still waiting don't order nothing off these people Are the watches you have received genuine?Has anyone managed to get their money back who haven't received rhe watch? I cancelled the order them I've just got an email saying if you don't receive it by Tuesday contact us! I cancelled it two weeks before Christmas! Absolutely gutted I've lost money, if anyone can help me out how I claim my money back I'd be really grateful I have also been having trouble with this company. Received an email on the 1st of December stating it had been shipped. After a long wait I emailed them. On the 14th of December received an email stating they will ship 1-2 days. I have looked on the direct website for GLS delivery, my tracking number is valid and apparently arrived in England yesterday. Has anyone received their watch yet?
