I was in the same situation I put my order in with groupon 25th November, received a dispatch email next day with a tracking number but no tracking information was showing I gave it the 7 working days still nothing contacted groupon by email they told me to wait an additional 7 working days to allow for Christmas delays, that day came and went and nothing so rang groupon got told its going to management and to expect to hear back from them in 10 working days I explained this isn't good enough as its a Christmas present so I needed it they were rude on the phone and very unhelpful. Rang again this morning very frustrated asked for a refund after firstly saying no they Said I'd get a refund in 5-7 working days. Within minutes of getting of the phone and about to purchase another watch from a watch shop a parcel force van pulled up outside my house and there it was a couldn't believe it I was speechless... So hold out you prob will get it. I didn't think after seeing these reviews I'd get mine but I have it just took 3 weeks! Phew
