Their website is very old-fashioned and not user friendly at all, and their customer service, at least by email, was horrible in my experience (took 3 days to respond only to give me another customer's info, when they had the correct order #, how does that happen?). Chat is great … when available, which is not that often regardless of the hours they post. I bought an item that ended in back order and they never informed me, until I finally contacted them after not receiving a shipment notice for several days. It was my first time -and definitely my last- shopping here! Big mistake. Avoid it! It's been a horrible shopping experience, very time-consuming and frustrating.

I appreciate Your service and support as well as the product. The reason why I do not give five stars is the very long time it takes until I receive the products. Sometimes it takes more than month. In my view this is much too long. If I order something by amazon, I get it within 1 or 2 weeks. If You could improve in respect to the logistics, I wouldn't hesitate to give Herrom 5 stars.

Although the product I was ordering was delayed due to manufacturing issues, HerRoom regularly updated me. They also send a complimentary gift.
It was the only site where the product I was looking for was available. My prior experience had also been satisfactory.
I couldn't get my discount to go through at all, and even wrote the company regarding this. No response.
Then, my order was split up due to some being "not in stock"... then the dates for sending the remainder of my order kept being pushed forward to a later time.
Why post merchandise to sell when you don't even have it in stock to begin with?

You canceled your order on 3-21 and you were immediately refunded on the same day. You were ordering value priced items already significantly reduced and in fashion colors that were on pre-order. Looking for plus size COTTON panties to replace some older bali ones that I just loved.
These are at least cotton. The elastic is a bit like having string around you. It is too narrow and not very stretchy or resilient.

I'd ordered from HerRoom for many years without any trouble. The last time I ordered I got the wrong size, twice and was told I had to send them back on my own dime. I've now spent $30 for bras I can't use. The customer service was kind but the policy is not customer friendly. I knew exactly what I was ordering and ordered the right size(I've worn them for 20 years) and was sent the wrong size twice. Do not order from this site if you want to pay for absolutely nothing.
Tip for consumers:
The company needs to look at the return policy and not accuse the customer of being wrong. It is insulting and with the cost of the items purchased, inexcusable.

I had no problem with the items themselves, but being a heavily busted young lady, the needed support was just not there.

NEVER will buy from here again. They are such a dishonest company! I returned an item in perfect condition, only tried on to see if it fit and returned. They would not refund me and would not give a reason. Despicable site, not to mention the ridiculous shipping they constantly charge, but there are plenty of other companies I can purchase from, so take a hike.

I love the huge selection of panties. There are so many to choose from; from my everyday go to brands to exotic brands I have never heard of but want to try. HerRoom has the styles I love and just about every one I have looked at is in my size and in stock; beats having to drive around town. Will definitely order more in the future.

I kept getting emails telling me it was on the way, I sent reply's indicating I did not receive my order.
It was the same over and over again. Finally after close to 6-8 weeks, I decided to cancel my order, when low and behold my order shows up!
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company in regards to delivery.

I'm on mobile. Most, not all of the bra's I looked at today didn't not have the prices clearly marked. Many had a range listed but not prices under the colors like they usually do.

I realize this is an industry wide complaint, but getting bra sizes right is part of your business plan. Band sizes are out of this world crazy! Several brands use the old sizing method: measure the rib cage and add 2" for the hook rows.
You Tomasina's hints is sometimes helpful, but not always. Would it be possible to get sizing info from each of the manufacturers you carry?

Horrible! I ordered two bras neither fit properly so I returned them. Tried them on for maybe two minutes each, wrapped in original packaging, tags intact and returned them for $7. Her Room refunded one nra but claimed the other was in unreturnable condition. What? No explanation, a list of six possible reasons for rejecting it but no specific answer.
