PayPal dispute and overflowing them with tickets, or my favorite is get on their Facebook and YouTube pages and videos and put them on blast!
Its not a scam site for sure, I have received my Phone in 25 calender days to Germany and now the fitness tracker in about 35 days. If you have chosen flat rate shipping then be prepared to wait for up to 2 months. If you are not keen then cancel the order. I have also been refunded one order when it was cancelled. Honestly they are not the Amazons of the world so its going to be hit and miss.
Stay away from this company. I ordered something and it never showed up, had a really bad experience with their support on the issue. Finally went to the Better Business Bureau and the company would not respond to them either. Forget Gearbest or forget your money...!
I would not deal with them again, and would not encourage anyone to gamble with them, I suspect the glowing reports are made up. I took a punt on a too good to be true offer, should have known. I think they rip off people for small amounts on a large scale, with it being small amounts most people put it down to experience and Gear Best win.
I paid extra for the fast shipping almost a month ago - still no item. Customer service is terrible. Their minion on this site responded to my review to GearBest: so sorry, please email customer service so we can help, etc. That was 5 days ago - no response. This is after multiple rounds with them on their support page with no resolution (prompting my review here). I'm happy for all you guys that get your stuff right away but for me, I am very disappointed.
My order went straight to 'processing' after they excepted my payment... and there it stayed untill now. I never got beyond that and the item still hasn't got an arrival date or even been dispatched. To be honest, I've just chalked it up to experience and reordered it from Amazon.
It took several days to process supposedly but it's been over 2 months since I was told it shipped and I still don't have the item.
How on earth are you even willing to let your hard earned money go to a site, where there is such an abundance of BAD and Negative reviews. But hey, if you want to loose your money go right ahead sir.
Wow... holy $#*!, dude. They lose it and YOU have to claim responsibility for it? Yeah... no business with these jokers anymore.
They are in China. Look at their reviews. Remember they paid for most of the positive reviews that you see. They didn't pay for the negative reviews. So you know that more of these are honest.
