I paid extra for the fast shipping almost a month ago - still no item. Customer service is terrible. Their minion on this site responded to my review to GearBest: so sorry, please email customer service so we can help, etc. That was 5 days ago - no response. This is after multiple rounds with them on their support page with no resolution (prompting my review here). I'm happy for all you guys that get your stuff right away but for me, I am very disappointed.

I would not touch them with a barge pole. They are terible.to deal with I am still left with the cap they sent me after stating they would sort the problem. They will promise the moon and stars but will deliver the darkness. I would steer well clear mate. Have a look at the conversation I posted that they had with me.

Hi there gearbest is trustworthy maybe a bit slow to respond (24hrs) but ordered they delivered, cancelled an order & they refund in 3-7 workind days if not dispatched, me personally would take insurance and get delivered by DHL post, it maybe a bit extra but if you paying over £100 for the item you dont want it being man handled with the normal post through different postal systems on its way here, and customs wont wack you or as much, In all gearbest are trustworthy not a rip off company.

Also you have plenty time & opportunity to communicate with sellers on gearbest about their products so they can satisfy you with detailed information about what you are about to purchase. I have placed more than 20 orders from Gearbest, and with the exception of 2 defects, that were not Gearbest fault, but were cheap quality toys. I have not had any problems with the service, as a matter of fact when I have had to contact customer service for product support I have had excellent service. My Only complaint Would be delivery time and that is not Gearbest fault, But coming from China on a couple of specific orders you can expect that from any business you purchase anything from in China. All in all I have nothing but high marks for Gearbest and would reassure you with any concerns you might have. I would say go and get them. Enjoy and have fun with whatever you purchase.:-)

They are awful about shipping but eventually I did get what I ordered. If you are in the UK you will probable get yours faster. I didn't order a cell phone or computer from them so I don't know if it would be safe to order those things. Sorry, I'm not much help!

I would suggest you save your $$$$- Gearbest is not very honest company- just look at the hundreds of complaints by people on the Internet. I suggest you go to Lenovo site- they at times have great sales- I bought mine there-and they were great- even gave me a huge discount- when the prices changed within a 30 day period. Gearbest is in miy opinion a rip off.

I have been shopping with them from since last year, phones are shipped by Netherlands registered post, takes three weeks to arrive, it is free, I live in the Caribbean Islands, I am happy with they shipping time, if you want it faster, just pay for shipping.

Can not say anything about computer, phone, tablet. Because I have not ordered any. Everything else I have ordered has been great. The prices are low, the only draw back is the ship time if you go with the free shipping. If you do not need the item right away then it is not an issue. They always have something fun and or useful that I find. I have another order I am waiting on right now.

I have made over 25 orders with them, each order came in around 3 weeks to Canada with the free shipping, all but two where A1, the two that need to be corrected gearbest replaced ASAP at no cost to me. I would feel very safe ordering from gearbest, it would be best on a higher priced item to upgrade the shipping Thanks.
