Looking to purchase a smart watch from Gearbest but haven't heard anything about them, are they a descent company and if I have issues how easy and reliable is their back up

Stay away from this company. I ordered something and it never showed up, had a really bad experience with their support on the issue. Finally went to the Better Business Bureau and the company would not respond to them either. Forget Gearbest or forget your money...!

I would stay away from them unless you have a couple of months before you need that watch, it's shipped from China and takes forever and God forbid they have a holiday(which seems to be every other day).

Shipment from their China warehouse isn't as you would like, but you can also buy from their US or EU warehouse (sometimes). BTW today I ordered from China (for their price I'm willing to wait :) )
