on 12/17/15My order went straight to 'processing' after they excepted my payment... and there it stayed untill now. I never got beyond that and the item still hasn't got an arrival date or even been dispatched. To be honest, I've just chalked it up to experience and reordered it from Amazon.
It's been a couple of months since my item was immediately processed after payment. I was given a tracking number for a package that was shipped to a China resident and even signed for by a Chinese recipient. I live in the USA. I not only did not receive the item but I lost my paypal dispute because GearBest provided a tracking number that shows a package was delivered. Paypal did not take the time to see that the package was delivered to someone else on the other side of planet earth

I would cancel your order and if you're lucky enough to get your money back then go and order it from elsewhere.
Honestly they will ship it when they feel like it. I know your looking for a more definitive answer but this is as good as it gets with this company
I cancel my order after 6 days, they said before to place the order that my item it's stock
I ordered middle of October, two notes from them at the end of October saying it was shipped. Have not received it nor anything from company regarding status.
