Answer:
Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from them These are bunch of scambags Daylight robbery, no active customer service, only when u start giving them bad reviews they will finally answer to you but still the kind of answers that don't help you get paid or get serviced. What they do best is playing innocent and acting like their support is always there for you.

Answer:
DO NOT use freelancer and tell EVERYONE you discuss work and freelancing about the devious ways of freelancer.com. This company has predatory relations with freelancers and they will likely try to abuse you financially at some point. 1. get temp agencies to place you. 2. find another skill not to be replaced by computers and learn it NOW. Speech recognition will be everywhere before long and typist will not see much work. Get skills not easily replaceable by computers and systems like going in health care services. Typing is vanishing.

1000's of employers and freelancers are charged, as if you read the fine prints it's an agreement to "subscription" and freelancer.com will charge you. To me it's an scam again.

Answer:
I used a preferred freelancer too and had problems. Stay away fro freelancer. They have the worlds worst support. Ive been using odesk. They have telephone support. Freelancer support has been taking up to 2 weeks to get back to me. Its been months now and Im over $900 dollars out of pocket with zero work done. With odesk they have a great way to search for contractors that are highly targeted to your exact requirements. Freelancers has 1000s of bad reviews for a reason. Im still fighting to get my money back. Good luck
