How can I contact to the employer who award us the project without sending the message to us on Freelancer.com?

This is right what Freelance don´t want. They want see all the conversation between the 2 parts. If not, they will block your account and keep with all your money. Take care.

Nope, rule 101L Check the employer feedback before accepting any project. Employers with at least 2 projects completed generally on fine. If you accept a project from an employer who then changes the mind or doesn't bother getting touch with you anymore, good luck in trying to get your money back from Freelancer...

Even if they can see all the chat and archives they wont help when the employer uses bad language or refuses to pay!

Most clients hate their system too, it's easier to email - the easiest is to send your email to the employer through the message system - BUT - you have to do it like myaddress at email dot com, and as long as you're not getting paid outside the system, you're technically legal.
