Agreed. Etsy protects dishonest sellers because they are paid by them. Only one reason-money.

Etsy is horrible! And so many hidden fee! And no protection and customer services! There is no phone number, no address, no E-mail! Go Amazon or somewhere else. Etsy is the worst! Beware!

Absolutely! If you have any questions the sellers are happy to answer them. Each seller/shop is unique, so be sure to check the reviews before you buy of course. Personally all my buying experiences have been fantastic and I found shops I continue to frequent years later due to the one of a kind creations from talented artisans :)

From my experience once the item is shipped and confirmed arrival by shipper it's yours... Etsy really sucks when supporting their buyers I'm an ex buyer once a loyal customer for 10 years

Not clear to understand. What purpose here to complaint

You were sent an email from Esty.com when you made your purchase. On this email it has a line to click on that gives you up to date information on the progress of your shipment. Additionally, on the seller's site, in the lower right hand corner is a contact and comment box you can use to ask the seller any questions you have. If you look over any of the seller's sites at Esty.com you can usually utilize you time better when you have questions.

Sell 10 items of course! Anything else is cheating and dishonest.
