You were sent an email from Esty.com when you made your purchase. On this email it has a line to click on that gives you up to date information on the progress of your shipment. Additionally, on the seller's site, in the lower right hand corner is a contact and comment box you can use to ask the seller any questions you have. If you look over any of the seller's sites at Esty.com you can usually utilize you time better when you have questions.
