Looking at all the people who have been done by these companies under the dhate umbrella, I don't think many people would be dealing with them anymore. I agree with Stuart, pay with either visa or Amex and if it doesn't sort out within a certain timeframe, then just demand a refund from the card companies. These card companies only guarantee for 3months so you need to work within those space.

DHGate means Lying Thief in Chinese. DHGate is a criminal enterprise( ie, something for nothing). The ONLY reason DHGate exists is to collect the short term interest from the American purchasers. ALL of the positive reviews are written for money. Proof? Check the syntax of all the positive reviews, the wording is generated by a translation program. Henry
Yes I bought several items, some small items were good but when I bought an expensive item $400 it came damaged and after 16 months of fighting I am still waiting for a refund. Lots of hassle, dozens of emails, still no money,. Buy at your own risk. Christchurch buyer
So Dhgate Rep, you have said all that, items of dispute,, returns and refunds, reverse will be the opposite, you won't be there for the buyer again, JJ please don't s shop on Dhgate for item you are nit sure of, and font even think or returns for refunds if you are not satisfied, because you won't get your fund, nonecthe shipping cost, once they receive the return items, they look and close up all communications, get wise
