What ius borderfree?

Answer:

It is a shipping company which makes a mess of your orders, bills you twice, lies and ruins the shopping experience altogether!

If i got the wrong size, does borderfree offer return or change service?

Answer:

In theory yes, in practice Borderfree are impossible to contact. I ordered the wrong size, returned boots by recorded delivery, to date no refund, no exchange and no acknowledgement from either Borderfree or Aquatalia the supplier in the US. Although Borderfree received my boots in Sydney two weeks ago (using the official return label), Aquatalia cannot refund as they have not received them?

Borderfree has charged me double of what my original order was because they had added the same products again. i dont want to return them because then i will be wasting more money. what should i do?? australian customer

Answer:

Yes we noticed items added to our basket and also size changes... I ended up with jeans I id not want but they were too costly to return!

Why didn't you affiliate paypal for the payment instead of asking credit card?

Answer:

I PAY WITH PAY PAL BUT THEY DIDN'T MANAGE GOOD THIS PROBLEM. THEIR SYSTEM IS FULL OF GAPS THAT ALLOWS THE SELLERS TO EXPLOIT THE SITUATION. IN THIS CASE THE SELLER SEND ME THE LABEL FOR RETURN AND PAY PAL TOLD ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. AFTER PAY PAL TOLD ME THAT THE SELLER ADDRESS THAT THEY HAVE IN THEIR SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT OF THE LABEL

Why didn't you affiliate paypal for the payment?

Answer:

It has a paypal link but it always says site error so you have to use the visa card bit instead... oddly enough if they want money from you they bill you via paypal. I assume it is so we cannot put in for a refund or go through the resolution centre when they mess up!
