on 3/19/17In theory yes, in practice Borderfree are impossible to contact. I ordered the wrong size, returned boots by recorded delivery, to date no refund, no exchange and no acknowledgement from either Borderfree or Aquatalia the supplier in the US.
Although Borderfree received my boots in Sydney two weeks ago (using the official return label), Aquatalia cannot refund as they have not received them?
