Why didn't you affiliate PayPal for the payment?

It has a paypal link but it always says site error so you have to use the visa card bit instead... oddly enough if they want money from you they bill you via paypal.
I assume it is so we cannot put in for a refund or go through the resolution centre when they mess up!
