Why didn't you affiliate PayPal for the payment instead of asking Credit card?

I PAY WITH PAY PAL BUT THEY DIDN'T MANAGE GOOD THIS PROBLEM.
THEIR SYSTEM IS FULL OF GAPS THAT ALLOWS THE SELLERS TO EXPLOIT THE SITUATION.
IN THIS CASE THE SELLER SEND ME THE LABEL FOR RETURN AND PAY PAL TOLD ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT.
AFTER PAY PAL TOLD ME THAT THE SELLER ADDRESS THAT THEY HAVE IN THEIR SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT OF THE LABEL
