Please do be careful with big ticket Item. It takes appx 60 days for the Item to reach and that also if in good condition. Read reviews please! Wishing you luck

I received an email on october 27,2015 that my order of 20 pieces of toot underwear was already shipped. i understand that i will receive it in 15 days. it is now november 19,2015 and i have yet to receive them. i am afraid that i may be a victim of the "scam" by alixexpress that i just read on-line. Answer:

Open dispute. DO NOT LET the available time for dispute and refund to expire because you will loose money. DO NOT ACCEPT any suggestion from seller to wait few days more than the available period. DO NOT ACCEPT any change for the reason which you ask for refund because any change gives more days to seller. Usually items from Aliexpress take 45 to 60 days to come but it is depended to the seller.

If i product is selling as jordan's, are they authentic? at the prices that's there claiming its just two cheap to be real.

Answer:

I would guess they would not be legit brand. For makeup it seems like it has been actual brand, so maybe I bought wholesale, but I feel doubful of shoes or other designer things.
