If they are more than $10 would say dont bother. I order an xxl jacket on their sizing chart. I wear medium US size. It might have fit a small boy, useless. Will not order clothes ever again.

It depends. If you know the seller, you have a relationship with them then you work out something, you cancel then they agree. If the seller doesn't agree then your order goes into a limbo waiting for you two to work it out. So, open a dispute if you don't know the seller.
