I mke one order with one pair of shoes on March 13th 2016. Under my name and I paid with my debit card that is under my name too Martha Martinez, I just want to know when do you think we are going to have it here my son are waiting for those shoes a week ago? You've been scammed, next time read the negative reviews first. You would have known that the aliexpress scammers never deliver on time

Hi Martha,

Please check the tracking number that they provide. You can use track17 (but need to click on the translate button) or https://www.aftership.com (I often use the latter to check). If after 5-7 days (max) it can't be traced, then, file a dispute. Make sure the buyer protection period do not end yet. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for you to get your money back (since after the protection period ends, your money will be transferred to the seller regardless whether the seller has shipped your goods or not).
