Postal services over the world have a way to take it slow. If it takes to long for the package to arrive, you must extend your buyer protection. If not, you will lose your rights as a buyer. After 125 things I bought on Aliexpress are 95 % where ok, 5 % of the goods where not as described or didn't arrive, and I did get a partial or a full refund. Aliexpress is as bogus as Ebay or Amazon. If you follow the buyer protection rules, your risk to lose money is zero %.
