I received an email on October 27,2015 that my order of 20 pieces of Toot Underwear was already shipped. I understand that I will receive it in 15 days. It is now November 19,2015 and I have yet to receive them. I am afraid that I may be a victim of the "scam" by Alixexpress that I just read on-line.

Open dispute. DO NOT LET the available time for dispute and refund to expire because you will loose money. DO NOT ACCEPT any suggestion from seller to wait few days more than the available period. DO NOT ACCEPT any change for the reason which you ask for refund because any change gives more days to seller. Usually items from Aliexpress take 45 to 60 days to come but it is depended to the seller.

If your payment method was CreditCard of Paypal, you can open a dispute and get your money back. However, don't wait too long as there are term restrictions.

If your order is coming by mail and you have put in a change of address at the post office to forward your mail you will get it. But you have to go to post office to get your mail forwarded.
