PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ALIBABA OR ALIEXPRESS! THEY ARE ALL CROOKS LIARS, CHEATERS AND SWINDLERS! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF THIEVES!
Always look at their feedback ratings on their main page. I know there is somewhere where you can see how long they have been on the site. The ones you have to worry about is people who sale one or two items and not have been on the site for long. I got burned twice on here, but you do get your money back, but it can take almost two weeks to do so. Watch out for deals too good to be true. Real low prices on something you know can not be.
Don't use AliExpress. You need to understand how AliExpress works. They are nothing more than a middleman between you and the seller, like eBay. The major differences are that AliExpress is only interested in getting your money. They do not vet the sellers at all and very few have been in business more than a year or two, then they magically popup under a new name. Almost everything on the sire is a knock-off After nearly six months, we finally got our refund with the help of our credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I have always been able to reach customer service an they are always helpful. With any site including Aliexpress and Ebay you have to be caution of the buyer's rating. You also need to make sure that you check out the item reviews thoroughly. Always compare order number to product rating. If it has 0 orders and even 1 review then move on. CHeck for reviews from your country and photo reviews from buyers. That's always a good way to go.
What melody said. Aliexpress is full of scammers, you will not get what was advertised on product page and if you open a dispute the seller will still get your money because he sent you something even though its not what you ordered. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
DONT TRUST THIS ALIEXPRESS. THERE IS NO QUALITY ON THE PRODUCT AT ALL. THEY TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND TO A QUESTION. THE DRESS THAT I ORDERED LOOKED LIKE A CHIP HALLOWEEN COSTUME. I RETURNED THE DRESS TO CHINA AND ITS BEEN ABOUT 8 MONTHS AND NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
Never had to pay customes both in India and Canada. Word of advise and caution, do not buy high ticket Item where you may loose money through unscrupulous and rude sellers, with no English or border line. Also resd reviews of other Gypped Customers. Cheers.
