HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a large order and I had a couple of things to return/exchange. There were issues with exchanging for a higher cost! They if I couldn't wait until after I left for vacation in 2 weeks to receive the order, I would need to pay $7.99 for expedited shipping! I spoke with a "supervisor" too. This was my first order and my last!

I purchased a gift t-shirt online at AliExpress at TeesPark store. After first 3 days and into shipping process, all was lost. No further info on shipping or from store. Because of their ridiculous policy, I had to wait months later to even file a refund request. Attempted to speak w/ them on their online chat and it circled around in a robotic maze. Ended up spending hours attempting to track this order and it never arrived. I would not put my trust in any part of this company and it's ability to track, deliver, and service it's customers. DON'T TRUST.
