Answer:

It sounds as if I was lucky or maybe shopped the right vendor. I sopped Ali on more than one occasion and always received what was ordered in good condition.

Anne: Beware of aliexpress. What some of these vendors do is buy up a $#*! pot of factory rejects, stitching no good, cloth problems and then they sell it as new. If you do decide to purchase always get an order number and do not work outside with the vendor using Western Union. I placed an order in January 29 and still have no received my product. I even had a friend in China call several times and get a run around bull$#*! story from the seller. Aliexpress does not reply to my complaints. Western Union fraud department suggests that I file complaint with local authorities. WU is useless.

How safe is using maestro card for payment?

Hi Pema how are you. Paying by credit card is safe. But if you don't get the merchandise or get defective or broken there id no recourse. Their protection process is a joke. My supplier try to offer me $ 20 when i sent the puctures of broken merchandise. But wheb i sent the same pictures to the dispute resolation they rejected my claim absolutely. They wanted a report of da mms age from the DHL. What a joke. They dont open the parcels and don't issue such reports unless the parcel package is damadged itself. So would not order anything from them again. Ebay is the best may be the price is few cents more. Steve sainisteve@hotmail.com

Answer:

Don't buy hard disk from there. They are fake with disk errors, low capacity, recycled and may come with booting virus.

Hi, i ordered a pair of shoes in gu elsa using my mobile phone but it declined. so i use my laptop and order again the shoes. when i check my bank account aliexpress get 3x the amount of the shoes i ordered. so i check if i ordered 3 pair of shoes but i only ordered 2. what is the reason why did aliexpress get 3x the amount of the shoes even though i only order 2 pair of shoes? and i cancelled my order but until now i didn't get my money back.

Answer:

Go to your credit card company now and ask them to stop paying for the purchase. They will reverse the money and get it back to you.

How can i change my address after shipping?. im afraid i'll not receive any of my orders because i didnot write the p. o. box. what can i do? help please..

Answer:

If it has already shipped, there's nothing you can do. There's no way to change the address on a package in transit. More than likely you'll never see your merchandise or any money back if everyone else's experiences with sellers on AliExpress are any indication.

I order some hair about 2weeks ago and and i was suppose to received it in 3 days i received some hair but it was not what i ordered the seller name was abbey wang and she was emailed serveral times my order cost was $175.00 and now i was informed i can not receive my refund or my hair please tell me what must i do..

Answer:

The seller does not refuse. She just types incoherent answers into dispute dialog waiting for the purchase protection clock to expire.

I have used aliexpress customer services website to complain over an order 67727529811229 which stated a full refund would be doe if not delivered within 39 days. the full details are with aliexpress who are refusing to refund with no legitimate reason. in fact they are now trying to hold onto my money for an additional 63 days. their customer service staffs are front line people trained to brickbat excuses from a manual with very little comprehension about treating customers. they really are disgraceful and have no method of escalating a complaint to anyone who has any executive authority to make a decision. beware such lack of commitment to customer services is inexcusable does anyone know how to escalate an issue in this organisation?

Best thing that will work contact your bank and put a chargeback on it they will be forced to give money back and seller will not get paid
