I have used Aliexpress customer services website to complain over an order 67727529811229 which stated a full refund would be doe if not delivered within 39 days. The full details are with Aliexpress who are refusing to refund with no legitimate reason. In fact they are now trying to hold onto my money for an additional 63 days.

Their Customer Service Staffs are front line people trained to brickbat excuses from a manual with very little comprehension about treating customers.

They really are disgraceful and have no method of escalating a complaint to anyone who has any executive authority to make a decision.

Beware such lack of commitment to Customer Services is inexcusable

Does anyone know how to escalate an issue in this organisation?

Best thing that will work contact your bank and put a chargeback on it they will be forced to give money back and seller will not get paid

I had a very bad experience with AliExpress & would not recommend doing business with them, for any reason.

I've had only two instances where goods either didn't show up or were not as described. In the second case I got a refund (after ~40 days of back and forth emails) after threatening to call my credit card company. In the first case they simply ignored me or 'were looking into it' got ~2 months - never got back a refund

I had to go down to my bank and have them charge back the charge. They then tried to charge twice the amount and my bank called me and did not authorize the charge, we did end up closing my card and ordering a new one. I will never do business with them again.

Contact your credit card company (assuming you paid, hopefully, with a credit card) and put the sale into dispute immediately. If you wait for AliExpress to handle the matter, it will be too late for you to do this. Next, they will send you an email telling you that they can't hasndle it because you've put the sale into dispute - then they will relent and charge-back the sale. If you read my review of AliExpress, then you will know that this is their standard operating procedure. If something goes awry, you're in for more hassle than the money you anticipated saving could ever be worth. Pleas follow my advice now, before it's too late.

You will never see your money again unless you do a charge back with your bank if you have too many charge backs aliexpress will close your buyer account

Love Aliexpres! Never had a problem with them If I didnt recieve my goods than they refund money up to 3 days I do buy from them very often as they have lovely things for babies and toddlers Big Thank you to Aliexpress

Customer Service on Aliexpress is nothing. They just fool you ask for more time and then again and then again ask time saying they've escalated the issue speed up the process. They are nothing but fooling peoples.

Sometimes the packet gets stuck somewhere, but most of the time it will arrive. If not, you'll get your money back... Be patient.

Fortunately I haven't had to deal with this situation, can you tell us who is the seller? Was this your 1st time ordering from them? Did you mean they refused to refund@ all or they will refund but it could be up to 60 days before they do?

I would have to agree with first reply that your best approach would be to make a request from your bank for retrieving monies. Otherwise cutting your losses might be the only solution as this site often favours the seller and poor English doesnt aid in effective communication. Best of luck.

I agree with above answers as I have also lost money on substandard goods and a rude seller. Its of no avail. Did you pay my Credit Card? Have they given any reason? Escalate your issue and as far as Customer service staff goes good luck,. Their English is rotten and they go by the script they are give. Sorry to hear this. Wish you luck. TC

Good luck, their customer service is useless and do nothing. I got lucky and received my order. They're scammers and you have about 30% chance of receiving your order and less odds of getting your money.
